Chapter 2

*Chloe's P.O.V.* "OMG! The youngest is so cute!" said Anna as she nudged me with her elbow. I have never met these guys before, but they seemed very familiar. "Hi, I'm Wes" said the 2nd oldest boy, as he interupted my thoughts. "I'll be your instructor for the next 2 weeks. What's your name?" he asked. "Hi, I'm Chloe!" I said, being all perky. Anna walked away with Keaton and Marisa walked away with Drew. "Okay, first we need to start with your balance" said Wesley ashe took the surfboard out of my hands and laid it on the sand. I hopped on top of it and stood in the position that he told me. Wesley walked up behind me, grabbed my waist and turned me to the right. Then he walked back in front of me, "Perfect!" he said, girnning widely. Wow, he had a beautiful smile. I couldn't help but smile back. "Now, I need to teach you how to paddle with your arms, before you stand up" said Wesley. We switched places, "you want to make sure you're not too far up or too far down," said Wesley, while he was lieing on his stomach on top of the surfboard. "I'll try but I'll probably be wrong." I started to step over Wesley, so i could get to the other side, but he started to stand up. I tripped over his legs and I and landed right on top of him. I could feel my cheeks getting flushed with pink as I looked into his eyes. How embarrassing was that! He must think I'm an idiot! "You might wanna wait till i get off the board" said Wesley, followed by a small chuckle. "Oops, sorry! I really didn't mean to!" I said all embarrassed. As I tried to get off of Wesley, I looked up and saw Anna, Drew, Keaton, and Marisa standing there about to burst out into laughter. "It's not what it looks like" I said as quickly as I could. "Um...... Wes, we'll need to talk later! Anyways, we were all going out for ice cream, wanna join?" asked Drew. I glanced at Wesley, then back at Drew. "Sure, I'll join" I said. "Me too" said Wesley, "just let me grab my stuff and I'll meet you guys in the car." We all got into Anna's car and waited for him. Wesley opened the door, where I was seated in the middle beside Anna. "Oh I'll just go to the back" said Wesley. "No it's okay, I'll go" said Anna, looking for any excuse to be near Keaton. Anna went to the back and Wesley sat beside me. Wesley kept glancing at me every couple minutes through the whole drive to the ice cream parlor. I was about to ask him if there was a problem, but just before I could, someone shrieked "STOP!" Everyone turned to the back, where Keaton and Anna were sitting. "Apparently Anna doesn't like the word nap, but when do I ever listen?! Nap, nap, nap, nap....." Keaton said, all satisfied, as he went on bugging Anna.
