"There you go guys, two aging potions." Sam sighed as she closed off the small vial that held the concoction she had just spent four hours making. Fred had a giant smile on his face while receiving it and jumped up as soon as he held the potion in his own hands. George just thanked her quietly before studying the colour of the liquid.
"Well done, Delanoit. I knew you wouldn't let me down!" Fred exclaimed and with giving her one last shoulder pat he turned around, grabbed Lee by the arm and dragged him out of the old girls' bathroom. Sam rolled her eyes at his behaviour before standing up and cleaning up the stuff she had used that morning. Meanwhile, George still sat on the floor with his legs crossed, staring at the small bottle.
"You know, this could actually work."
Sam turned around with a scolding look on her face which made George chuckle:" yeah yeah, I know. Dumbledore the almighty wizard wouldn't let an aging potion ruin his plans for the tournament. Blabla"
Sam snickered while she grabbed the last of her stuff as George finally stood up as well. "Let's get out of here, shall we?"
"We shall."
Today was the day the twins would put on a show, drink the aging potion and put the notes with their names on in the goblet of fire. Lee and I were walking slightly behind them on our way towards the Great hall. Fred was absolutely ecstatic about entering, while George held on to the tiny spark of hope that it would work even though Sam had told him multiple times it wouldn't. As soon as they entered they noticed the hall was rather full with curious students, wanting to know who would try to join the tournament. She knew that the twins would definitely enjoy the attention.
As soon as George and Fred were inside they took off towards Hermione. Lee followed them, amused by their enthusiasm as Samantha spotted Cedric in a corner of the room.
He smiled at her and waved her over.
"So, you gave in huh?" he snickered.
"Shut up Diggory, we both know it won't work."
"Why's that?"
"Because it's Dumbledore we're talking about here. Did you really think he wouldn't be prepared for the Weasley antics?"
"You do have a point there." Cedric chuckled.
"Absolute dimwits, those two are." Sam grinned as she watched them jump on one of the benches and down their potions.
"Still, one of those dimwits managed to charm you it seems," a smirk had found its way on Cedric's face as he watched Sam glancing at George. Her cheeks turned pink as she bit her bottom lip for a second.
"You're not denying it."
"I'm not agreeing with it either, Diggory."
Chuckles sounded from the boy next to her as she watched Fred and George jump into the barriere and drop their names into the goblet. Her eyes went wide for a second as nothing happened. The boys were high-fiving each other as they jumped around and everyone cheered for them, but soon the sound halted when the goblet grumbled. The twins were thrown through the air, Fred ending against the wall while George laid flat on the floor.
Cedric had an amused smile drawn on his face as a deep sigh sounded from Samantha.
"Sorry, duty calls," which earned her another chuckle before she made her way towards the boys, who were still lying on the ground. Their bright red hair had now turned into long grey locks, accompanied by a long beard. She went over to George as Lee was already helping Fred up. As she towered over him, he opened his eyes with a pained expression on his face while she smiled at him.
