10 weeks. 10 weeks of pain suffering and tears for Blaine and Sam. 10 weeks since the fateful day that changed their lives forever. 10 weeks since the shooting at William McKinley High School.

The police knew who the shooters where but had yet to find them. The shooters were Ginger and Frank Anderson. Blaine's parents. It was Ginger his own mom who shot Blaine. Leaving him Paralyzed from his middle back down.

Sam's 1999 Chevy pick up truck pulled into the parking lot of St. Sinclair's medical rehabilitation center. "Here goes nothing," he sighed to himself as he entered to pick up Blaine.

Sam went inside and headed straight down the left hall and into the 9th room on the right. He had done a dozen times before that day and he hoped to never do it again. Because that would mean another one of his close friends or family would have gone through the same thing as Blaine. And Sam couldn't handle it happening to anyone else.

"Blainers," Sam said when he entered the sickeningly white room. It had pictures of flowers on the walls to added colour but it did a poor job. Blaine was sitting in his wheelchair by the window looking as if he were day dreaming. "Blaine sweetie, I'm here to pick you up," Sam said crouching beside him. "Where are you going to take me, I have no home remember? My parents are on the run and heaven knows where my brother is," Blaine grumbled "your coming to my house Darlin', my parents agreed to let you live with us," Sam replied "really?" Blaine asked turning his wheelchair awkwardly to get a better look at his boyfriend. 

"Yes my love," Sam said "now are you ready to go?" Blaine smiled and kissed Sam's soft pink lips "I'm ready to go Sammy," Blaine replied
