Today was my 14th birthday. I ran downstairs to the smell of mom cooking breakfast.
"Oh. You're up"
Me and my siblings all lived under the same roof. 3 years ago, we all promised that we would never split apart.
I went outside to go meet the rest of my siblings that were already out there before I had woken up.
"Emma is here!" Phil said running towards me with his arms out. All my other siblings looked and came following behind him.
"Happy birthday Emma" All of my siblings said.
"Thank you , guys!"

"Breakfast is done" mom said poking her head out of the window. She had that exact smile she would always give us. It always made me feel so comfortable.
We all scurried our way into the house. We all took a seat at the long table in the dining room. It fitted every single one of us.

"Who's going to pass out the food today?" Mom said.

It was Norman and Ray who volunteered.
As I was waiting for my food, I saw Gilda coming downstairs with her arms over her stomach. Something must be bothering her.
"Are you ok, Gilda" I say as I watch her make her way to take a seat at the table.
"I haven't been feeling good since the past week." She laid her head down onto the table.
At that moment, mom left the dining room and walked upstairs.As she was going, she looked at Gilda in the corner of her eyes.
