Minji's POV
"What?!" Haneul exclaimed. "He likes you?!"
"Can you be more quiet?" I said in a whisper tone while looking around.
Haneul and I are standing in the back corner of our room while talking about what happened last night.
"So, w-what did you answer?" She asked, still shocked about what happened.
"I said I don't know. That he's been always just a friend to me." I answered.
"That's another way to friend-zone him." She said while nodding as she touched her chin as if she has a beard.
"You think so?" I asked because I'm anxious if I did the right thing.
"Definitely." She answered. "Wait, why?"
"Well, he insisted and asked me if I can give him a chance. I agreed." I answered.
"Like going to three dates and wait for your answer?" She guessed it right.
"How'd you know?" I asked in awe.
"Minji, that's very cliché." She indirectly answered then the bell rang, classes are about to start.
"So, what do I do? Is it okay?" I asked as I followed her and sat on my chair.
"Yeah, everyone deserves some chances. Just be honest with him in the end, you don't want to lose another friend." She advised and I nodded.
The teacher entered our classroom and our first period began.

Lunch came, Haneul and I were walking to the cafeteria while talking about the assignment we got from the previous subject. We arrived at the cafeteria and got ourselves some food. We were looking for the guy's table but we couldn't find them anywhere.
"Where are they?" Haneul asked while looking around.
"I don't know." I answered. "Are they all absent?"
"Let's just go and chat them." Haneul suggested and followed her track to the nearest empty table.
As soon as we put our trays on the table, we chat them if where are they but we realized they haven't been active in our group chat these days. Did something happen?
"Let's just eat. Maybe they're busy." Haneul said and we started eating.
After we finish eating, we decided to get some ice cream because it's hot. While we were on our way to the store, we passed Jihoon's room and we found him there; he's sleeping on his desk.
"Should we? Or let him rest?" I asked while we were peeking through their window.
"I'm curious what happened so let's go." Haneul answered and she entered the room.
"Jihoon." Haneul called.
Jihoon slowly lifted his head and he greeted us with his swollen eyes.
"What happened? Where are the others?" Haneul asked as she sat on the table next to Jihoon's table.
"Why didn't you eat?" I asked while standing beside his desk.
"Whoa, ladies. Chill with questions." He said as he rubbef his eyes and sat up.
"Bomin and Sanha are busy with their schedule since they have comebacks for the summer." He answered then yawned.
"Then, why didn't you eat?" I asked him again.
"I didn't sleep much that's why I didn't eat." He answered with his morning voice.
"Are you... okay?" I hesitated.
