(A/N: just wanted to start out saying this is a neighborhood au, where a lot of the ccs live near eachother! Okay now that that's out of the way enjoy 😍!!)
Bad wagged his tail happily as he walked out of a convenience store with some energy drinks and snacks. Him, Skeppy, Ant, and Red were watching scary movies tonight, and Bad could tell it was going to be fun. Once he got to Ant and Red's house, he used his foot to tap on the door, since about three plastic bags occupied his hands.
The door opened, and out popped a Siamese cat boy. "Oh hey Bad, I see you got the goods." He smiled, opening the door more.
Bad nodded, thanking him for holding the door and then putting his purchases on a small table in their dining room. "Where's Velvet and Skeppy?" He asked after putting the drinks he got in the fridge.
"They're still choosing movies.. even though I told them we have netflix." Ant sighed. "There's an old movie store around the center of town, they have old CD movies."
"Old movies? Ooh~ I feel like they're going to be cheesy." Bad chuckled. "That's alright, funny or scary this'll be so fun."
Ant and Bad laughed together, then talked about a few other things before they were interrupted by quick knocks at the front door. Bad strolled over and opened it, happy to see Skeppy with a somewhat panicked look on his face. "Oh hi geppy!" Bad chirped, but was quickly pushed out of the way.
"Rude.." Bad scoffed, his eyes following Skeppy as the boy ran up some stairs.
"What happened?" Ant asked, poking his head out of a doorway.
Just as Bad opened his mouth to answer, the door slammed closed. Bad jumped and turned around, his eyes wide from the loud sound. There stood Velvet, his clothes completely soaked, and an extremely annoyed and bitter look on his face.
Bad stared at him, a bit confused as to what could've happened, but then remembered Skeppy had just zoomed by him. Ant rushed by Bad and put a towel around Velvet. "Ah, what happened?" He asked. "Now you have to change your clothes.."
"Ugh- It's a long story. I don't even know if I want to explain it." He grumbled.
"That's fi-"
"Me and Skeppy were walking home with the movies we got." He cut Ant off. "When suddenly, this entire man sees a sprinkler system going off. He doesn't tell me. And then BOOM. I'm soaked. He PUSHED ME."
Velvet got louder and louder as he went on with the story. Bad glanced down at his clothes and noticed scrapes and mud covering the boy. "He's lucky Bad's here right now." Velvet rolled his eyes. "Bad would probably protect him or something romantic like that."
"h-HEY-!" Bad shouted, his tail whipping from side to side. "Don't say that you muffin head! Don't bring me into your drama."
Velvet started snickering, and Ant rolled his eyes. "You go get Skeppy, we have a bathe down here, looks like I'm gonna have to wash your legs with all these scrapes and mud Red." Ant sighed.
Bad watched Ant entwine his fingers with Red's as He led the red head into another room. Something about that sight made his heart flutter. He clenched his shirt above his chest, and quickly scurried upstairs to find Skeppy.
As he went upstairs, he noticed it was completely dark. His brow raised, as he realized how weird this was. "Skeppy? It's Bad. Ant is cleaning Velvet up, so don't worry you're not gonna die just yet~" Bad tried to hold in his laughter, which only ended up making him cackle harder.
He opened and looked in each door and each room, but they were all empty. "Geppy?" Bad asked, feeling a bit concerned. There were no open windows, so where could his friend be?
