A/n: Y/n L/n is been having some trouble with trusting anyone that she comes into contact with when she ran away from home after an incident involving with her own abusive parents as she once believed to be nice, but they aren't when she knew that she can not be trusted after they had taught her that the world is a very harsh place whenever something bad happens in Happy Tree Village. After running away from the place that she once called 'home', she hides herself from everyone in this town of Happy Tree Friends with the mindset that she can't even trust anyone that is willing to help her with her problem of trusting anyone, until she met the retired war veteran, Flippy that is more concern for her and he is more than willing to help the poor child whatever it takes.

A/n: By the term Trust Issued, I mean like the reader has the problem with trusting anyone that she comes into contact with and she feared that something bad might happen to her if she let her guard down. When Flippy decided to take her under his wing as well as taking care of her as her his own child through adoption after she ran away from her own home and her abusive parents that were responsible for causing her have these trust issues in the first place.

Today at Happy Tree Village on a beautiful day at the local park, where everyone in town is enjoying such a beautiful and lovely weather with all of their friends and families like having a lovely picnic or playing a game of baseball or enjoying some ice cream served by the interesting residence of this town, Cro-Marmot and all of the seem trust each other for a wonderful time, well except for one though. A certain F/c young bear cub named Y/n L/n that is hiding herself from behind a tree from everyone while they are enjoying themselves on this perfect day.

However, Y/n is not having such a perfect day because she has some major trust issues that happened during an incident at her old home with her own abusive parents that were responsible for her condition and the situation she is now in when she ran away from her own home.

When Y/n was still living with her parents, thinking that her own parents are really nice to her, but they really aren't the nice type of parents that you may think. The two parents never really liked her even after she was born into this world, so they decided to give you some false advice to her by telling her that the world is a very harsh place to be in due to the constant deaths that happened here almost every day.

They thought if they can manipulate her that they she can trust anyone she meets in this town she will have to only trust them and will force her to everything around the house until they grew bored with her and will get rid of her in the worst possible way.

Unfortunately for them, after they told her that she can't trust anyone she meets, she already knew that her parents can not be trusted whatsoever and she thinks that something bad is going to happen to her if she doesn't do something quickly to get away from her own abusive parents. So she got away with all the stuff she can carry in her own backpack by going through her bedroom window and ran away from the place she called 'home' as far away from it as possible.

Now, she is now all by herself trying to do her best to survive with little food and money she had left and with no one she can fully trust with because of her trusting problems. Every time someone tries to help her she runs away from in fear and she knew that the two raccoons known as Lifty and Shifty can even be trusted either after she saw the two coming out of a butcher shop with a lot of meat in their arms and seeing Lumpy shouting out and cursing at them with a plunger in his hand and she saw that the sausage links had pulled them back to the butcher shop and she knew that the two already suffered a painful death after hearing their screams of agony and pain.
