The don cocked his gun one final time, and with a single gunshot it was over. Another job, finished. He removed his blood stained gloves and dropped the gun. This never gets old he thought. Then he heard a sound. A faint rustling behind him. I should probably explain where he was. He was standing near a cliff edge, a large forest behind him, and a forty foot drop in front of him. He'd killed most of one of the many rivalling organisations and then chased the ringleader here, where he shot him and watched as he toppled off the cliff edge. The rustling was coming from the forest. Maybe a member of the organisation he'd just crumbled? Or maybe a possum? Don turned to see a figure emerge from the bushes. He picked his gun back up and started reloading it. He succeeded in this act, though it would be his last. He lifted his arm to point the gun at the figure and a gunshot rang out. Don felt a stinging pain in his side and stumbled over onto the rocky ground. He crawled towards the gun he dropped, and fired two shots at the figure.
Both missed.
The figure stepped closer and Don saw the familiar face. He couldn't begin to comprehend the confusion and panic he was feeling. The figure pointed the gun again and the bullet landed between Don's eyebrows.

The end.

hahah, not really. The story keeps going. Unfortunately, this is the end for Don.
