Jun A266 MIA (Halo reach & RWBY crossover)

It is early July 2552, a few months before the fall of reach. Noble team has been assigned a mission in the city of Quezon to capture insurrectionist leader Eliza Ingrid. 

"Csodazarvas (Soda-zar-vas) is shining brightly tonight... and yes, Jorge finally taught me how to say that... Winds at about 11 kilometers per hour, south, southwest, Rainclouds coming in soon. Reduction in visibility. Make sure your visor wipers are working people..."

"Are you a spartan or a weatherman, Jun?"

"Hey, we've all got to think about what we're going to do when we retire, Emile." 

After a brief pause. The team's heavy, Jorge reminisces before stating, "I always thought a nice farm in the Viery territory would be nice"

Emile laughs and response, "Of course you would, too bad all the animals would run when they see you big man."

"Ha ha! This coming from the man who makes his own species run for their lives." 

"Well, fear can be a helluva lot more damaging than a heavy ass machine gun."

Noble team, on the outskirts of a city are preparing to bring one of many Insurrectionist leaders to custody.

"Commander, target is inbound."

Carter puts on his helmet and addresses the rest of noble tea"Alright Noble, eyes on the prize. lets keep this quiet and quick, Oni doesnt want a panic at the fort. Jun, you stay here and keep locked on the target. Emile, you'll be on the ground you'll engage first..  Holland is working on getting  those roads closed. The operation to extract Eliza Ingrid begins now. Remember, we want her alive."

Emile chuckles, "You got it sir."

"sadistic bastard..." Jun mumbles.

everyone boards a falcon and begins to fly to the target's location. Emile gets off early to engage the target. He creeps up to the target's car before grabbing the door handle and pulling the door off of the car. Only to be met with the car driving off before Emile could grab her. Emile attempts to grab the back bumper of the car. but that just rips off before he could gain any traction. Jorge, the team's main heavy. radios in to Emile

"Second time you've lost her Emile." 

Emile scoffs and replies, "Shut it..."

"We'll take it from here noble four. Pilot punch it, get this bird in front of that target" Carter orders.

from the target's vehicle the inssurectionists pull out a military standard issue grenade launcher and takes aim at the falcon. Emile immidiately radios to warn the group

"Commander we've got a problem!" he yells. 

"A grenade launcher, where'd they get that type of weaponry?" Kat questions.

the insurrectionists fires and hits the falcon causing Carter to fall out, without thinking Kat leaps out of the falcon and uses her Jet Pack to grab Carter, Attempting to soften the landing as much as possible. The pilot of the falcon is forced to land due to the damage of the falcon.

meanwhile, Jun sitting on top a crane with a clear view of the highway radios in. 

"Noble team, Respond. I've lost visual with the falcon, over"

A bit of static but eventually Jorge responds

"Jun? we're fine, we managed to land safely. no visual on Kat or Carter."

Kat radios in, "We're fine. unfortunately my jetpack isnt exactly made for two-

"It did enough. Jun- You still have visual on the target?" Noble one interrupted.
