A/N: Information for this chapter: When Wu sings, the words will be like this. When Misako sings, the words will be like this. When both of them sing at the same time, the words will be like this.
Wu sadly made his way towards the exit, squeezing through people in the process. One person accidentally bumped him too hard, causing Wu to stumble and fall.
He braced for impact only to realize that someone grabbed his hand. Wu looked up and saw Misako smiling.
"Glad I caught you."
"Misako!"
She pulled him up and they began slow dancing. The soft music consumed the two as they moved in a steady rhythm, completely at the moment.
After dancing, Wu and Misako spent the rest of the evening walking around the village and getting to know each other.
"What's this?" Misako questioned, pointing to a dark streak on Wu's hair.
"I-I was born with it." He replied with a smile, placing a hand on it. "Although I dreamt of drinking tea."
"I like it."
Later, they arrived at the monastery and sat on the roof under the night sky.
"Okay wait wait so you have how many sisters?" Wu asked, curious to understand.
"12 older sisters." The young lady replied. "3 of them pretended I was invisible. Literally, for 2 years."
"That's horrible!"
Misako scoffed. "It's what sisters do."
"And brothers." Wu sighed. "Garmadon and I were really close when we were little. But then, one day he just shut me out, and...I never knew why." He confessed, feeling grateful for Misako's presence and communication.
"I will never shut you out," Misako reassured, gently taking his hands into her own.
The master of light smiled. "Okay, can I just....say something crazy?"
"I love crazy!"
"All my life has been a series of doors in my face." Wu sang as he shut the trapdoor behind him. "And then suddenly I bump into you."
"I was thinking the same thing. Cause like, I've been searching my whole life to find my own place." Misako sang, standing up. "And maybe it's the party talking or the chocolate fondue." She walked towards Wu and stroked his cheek.
"But with you...But with you..."
"I found my place...I see your face..."
"And it's nothing like I've ever known before."
"Love is an open door!"
"Love is an open door!"

Wu pulled Misako's hand and they arrived back on the monastery roof.
"I mean it's crazy-"
"What?"
"We finish each other's-"
"Sandwiches!"
"That's what I was gonna say!"
"I've never met someone who thinks so much like me,"
"Jinx! Jinx again!"
"Our mental synchronization can have but one explanation."
"You and I were just meant to be!"
"Say goodbye to the pain of the past. We don't have to feel it anymore." They danced under the moonlight.
"Love is an open door!"

"Life can be so much more!"

Misako and Wu formed their hands into a heart around the full moon.
Wu felt a surge of confidence flow through him and decided to pop the question. "Can I say something crazy?"
Misako giggled in response, understanding the joke between them.
Wu bend down on one knee and held her hand. "Will you marry me?"
The young lady gasped in surprise. "Can I say something crazier?" Wu nodded. "Yes!" Misako grinned.
Back in the monastery, the young couple squeezed through the crowd once again in an attempt to find Garmadon.
"Oh, there he is. Garmadon!" Wu called out. "I mean Master, may I present you Misako. She bowed in respect to him.
"We would like uh, your blessing." They held each other and giggled. "Our marriage!"
