Jeongyeon parked her white jaguar outside Kim Min Seok's bar.
The night sky was clear and millions of stars could be seen through the horizon.
Jeongyeon would definitely consider this night as perfect if only Sana did not cancel on their supposedly dinner at Namsan Tower.
Tonight was well according to her plan, Jeongyeon thought. She planned this night ahead of time to celebrate with Sana their sixteen months together.
She checked the weather forecast for the night, she made sure to reserve a table for the two of them, she called the restaurant to reserve Sana's favorite wine and she even went to the flower shop this afternoon to personally hand pick the bouquet she would gift to Sana.
Everything was well according to her plan except the unforeseen circumstance that Sana needed to cancel for the last minute to attend an emergency meeting with her group, managers and directors.
For that past sixteen months, Jeongyeon and Sana were able to smoothly maintain their relationship private, private to the extent that aside from their immediate family, only Mr. Kim, Sana's Manager and Kim Min Seok, Jeongyeon's best friend knew about it.
If Jeongyeon could be a little more honest with herself, she was upset. But what could she do? She fell in love with an idol and whether she liked or not she had to be patient and understanding in terms of the availability and schedule of her girlfriend.
Don't get Jeongyeon wrong, if Sana could name her ultimate fan, it would be Jeongyeon. Even though they mutually agreed to keep their relationship private, Jeongyeon had never been absent during Sana's promotions and concerts, not even once.
Jeongyeon would always mixed herself with the crowd and would always be there to support and cheer for her girlfriend especially during comebacks where physical and mental aspects of Sana's life were in demand.
Honestly, Jeongyeon enjoyed being a fan, especially when Sana would purposely find her in the crowd during concerts and would deliberately flirt with her in the sea of people. And when Jeongyeon would attend Sana's fan sign events and would intentionally flirt to her girlfriend by dropping tons of pick-up lines.
Most of the time, these flirts would lead into something after the concert or fan sign where they would either stay in her or Sana's apartment.
But tonight was far from those nights. Still sitting inside her car, Jeongyeon couldn't help herself but feel down. She looked at the bouquet of flowers seated lonely on the passenger seat. She took the bouquet.
Jeongyeon admits she's not a romantic type of girlfriend as she prefers giving useful gifts instead of flowers and chocolates. But she changed those habits four months ago. She remembered the night when she gave flowers to Sana for the first time.
It was during their first anniversary.
Riding her motorcycle, Jeongyeon went to Sana's apartment to pick her up. She held the bouquet of flowers behind her back and rang the doorbell. After a few seconds, Sana opened the door and was welcomed by the bouquet of flowers. Holding the bouquet to Sana, she confessed her love and if it was even possible, Sana fell in love deeper with Jeongyeon that night.
Jeongyeon thought she made a good work by showing her affection through her little antics but little did she know, Sana would be the one to surprise her.
Sana brought out a small box from her clutch bag and handed it to Jeongyeon.
Jeongyeon hesitantly opened the box and when she finally opened it, her mouth almost fell on the floor. Inside the box was a key. Not just an ordinary key but a car key.
