Chapter Eleven: Visitation

-Bakugou's POV-

*Several Days Later*

Kirishima was still out talking with people, I was inside napping. I couldn't tell why I was so tired, though Kirishima didn't seem to mind with his constant damn cuddling. I was currently just laying in bed, very tired, when said idiot walked into the room. I felt the bed dip before his arms pulled me close to him.

"Hey pebble, what are you up too?" he asked, like an idiot.

"Just laying here, exhausted." I stated, feeling him shift around.

"You don't feel like you have a fever, hmm." he said after feeling my forehead.

"Well I'll take a nap while you try to figure it out dumbass." I said, groggily and falling asleep after.

-Kirishima's POV-

He was asleep before I could respond to him. I carefully tucked him in and left the room, making sure to lock it behind me so everyone left him alone. The others were sitting in the living room when I left the bedroom. They seemed to be playing some kind of card game and snacking on some chips.

"I'm gonna be out for a bit, keep an eye on Kat for me please." I stated, heading out after they confirmed they would.

The water was welcoming as I made my way down to the reef. I walked through the reef until I was a little ways outside near a smaller cave at the top of a small canyon. I shimmied inside and went further into the cold, dark place looking for an old friend of mine. RG was one of the best healers there were, but she didn't help just anyone. She chose to help anyone who had a good reason for a doctor, not just for attention or something that would be gone if waited out.

"Kirishima, how nice to see you again." her voice said from the darkness.

"RG, I was wondering if you would be willing to help my mate." I replied, looking around.

"You finally found someone, though they don't appear to need medical attention. Something else is needed." she stated, I could hear her move somewhere else.

"What does he need then?" I asked, hoping she could still help.

"He? Well I guess that makes sense. Anyways, he just needs some time on the surface and maybe even visit someone he cherishes up there." she suggested.

"That's all, but why is he so tired then?" I asked, still concerned.

"You'll have to figure that out, now leave before you overstay your welcome, Kirishima." she said, making me frown and make my way back to the main entrance.

After making my way out of the cave I started to head back home, knowing that the three there probably got into trouble already. As I was heading through the reef Tetsu came up to me with a slightly worried look on his face. I could feel my stress levels rising as he got closer, looking like something really bad happened.

"Sir, may I ask where you were?" he asked, still slightly worried.

"I went to see someone about something, sorry Tetsu. I might be heading out of the reef for a few days soon, you think you could help keep things under control?" I asked, still heading back as he followed me.

"Ya I can help the others to keep the reef safe. Where are you going?" he asked.

"The surface, I have to be there for a little while on some business." I said, not wanting to share Kat's state with anyone else.

"Ok then, I'll make sure everyone stays at the top of their game." he said, swimming off.

-Bakugou's POV-

I woke up alone, slightly cold, in the bedroom. I opened my eyes and sat up before everything started to spin around me as I stumbled out of the bed. A wave of nausea washed over me as I made my way to the bathroom. There was a ringing in my ear as well as a pain that was slowly growing. I was almost to the bathroom when my legs gave out, making me fall to the floor as everything went dark again.

A dull pain went through my head as I opened my eyes under the water. I was on the ocean floor again, pinned by some wooden scrap. Above me was a blurry silhouette, a red shimmer on part of them looking like a person with glitter on them. As they got closer the pain started to subside, slowly starting to become focused.

They reached out with gentle hands that dragged the wood off me, a small pain on my side. I was too shocked by their beautiful red eyes to look at my injury. The person looked me in the eye after looking over me. They had a small cut above their right eye. Their eyes were a strawberry red with a few flecks of blue. Silky black hair swished around in the water, though overall was fairly spiky.

As things started to go dark again he leaned down and pressed his soft lips against mine. I felt his arms around my body as I was picked up off the ground with a strange care. For some reason I felt safe in his arms, enjoying the gentle warmth he had. He looked down at me before saying something.

"Don't worry pebble, I won't let you get hurt. I'll be back for you." he said, a sharp toothed smile on his face.

"Kat!" Kirishima yelled, making me jump and wake up.

"What....where am I?" I asked, looking around.

Instead of an answer he dragged me into his arms, squeezing me close and making it hard to breathe normally. I squirmed around a bit before he got the hint and loosened his grip, though still not letting me go. He looked pretty freaked out when I looked at him before he leaned forward and placed many kisses on my face.

"Back up dumbass! What is wrong with you?" I asked, trying to squirm free and failing to.

"Kat you were passed out on the floor. I got worried." He replied with a pout.

"Ya, whatever dumbass." I grumbled, turning away from him to hide the faint blush on my face.

"Hey Kat, how would you feel about visiting someone above water for a bit?" he asked, making me confused.

"What do you mean dumbass?" I asked, looking over at him.

"Well I figured that maybe we could hang out on land for a bit, there should be a festival going on as well." he stated, smiling at me.

"Fine, I could use some fresh air anyways." I stated, prying myself out of his grip.

I walked into the closet and started to pick out something to wear. I decided to tease him so I grabbed some panties and put on a pair of black skirt and a coral crop top. I put on some socks and shoes before heading out of the closet. I looked over to the dumbass and saw a bright blush on his face when I came out. I smirked at him before I grabbed a small backpack and put all of my stuff I would need in it.

"Ready to go Kiri~" I whispered in his ear, making him growl softly.

"You're really gonna try to test me like this pebble?" he asked, looking me over like a meal.

"Why not? You seem like you can handle yourself." I stated, heading out of the room.

"So who do you want to go and visit while we are on land?" he asked, following me to the main entrance.

"I was thinking of visiting my grandmother, she practically raised me so I think you should meet her." I replied as we made our way underwater while holding hands.

"Interesting, so I'll get to meet your family." he said, sounding excited as we started our walk back to the shore.

"Ya idiot, so don't act like a whole dumbass." I mumbled, just loud enough for him to hear.

"I'll try Kat, though I won't hold back if I have to fuck some sense into you." he whispered in my ear, chuckling at the blush on my face afterwards.
