The villain gently lifted her chin with a fingertip, she looks into his eyes and sees nothing but hatred and anger. But she wants to believe that deep down, beneath all his darkness, there's even the dullest strip of light.
"Don't you see" he says, an enticing smirk making its way onto his mouth. "We're exactly the same, you and I". She narrows her eyes at his foolish word, smacking his hands away still keeping hold of the eye contact. "You and I" she begins, a coil of fury burning her insides. "Will never be the same, I will make sure of it". He grabs her wrist with a forceful grip long before she even knew it was moving. "But darling" he chuckles "I'm afraid you don't have a choice." "What do you mean?" she glares at him intently. "Just turn around".
She looks at the flames roaring and consuming the lands in front of her. The people scream in agony as they are burned to ashes. They continue to fight, piercing one another with their blades. Among the flames approaches a familiar figure, gripping onto his sword, bringing the tip to her neck. "Proud of what you've done?" the figure asks mockingly. "Oh brother, do you really believe this was all my doing?" she said with a glint in her eyes. "What?" She grins, moving slightly to the side to reveal Adrien, she withdrew her weapon and quickly clashed it into his. She drew closer to his face, with only the metal in between them. "It takes two to start a war."
She steps back so she is next to Adrien. "Were nothing alike. huh?" Adrien says. "Oh no I never mean it like that... I'm worse then anything you can imagine." "I'm a nightmare living in reality..."
And with those words he knew that he wasn't the villain in this story for that place was already taken by a truly evil entity. Valencia...
