Chapter 115: No, it can't be true!

"Are you done talking? I won't wait for you,"

I said as I run towards that black thing, "No, Avy!" I heard Ash shouted as that black ball-shaped lit up kaya nasilaw ako dahil sa biglaang pag liwanag.

Napaubo ako dahil sa makapal na usok matapos ang biglaang pagliwanag no'ng papalapit ako doon sa black thing at napahinto dahil hindi ako makakita, and I just heard something in front of me as if someone blocked me.

After a few minutes, when the smoke slowly disappeared and I saw Ash in front of me kneeling since I saw his back, "Argh~!" I heard his groans, and spit blood kaya agad akong lumapit sa kaniya.

"Ash! Are you okay?! Ash!"

I supported him, "I didn't know that you are going to protect her even though she is not your contractor, Sky. I am really jealous of her, should I kill her first?" the black thing said habang lumalapit sa amin. 

"I won't let you! I will be the one to kill you!"

I shouted as I glared at it, "How bold you are? Do you think you can kill me?" The black thing approaches us even more so I blocked it from approaching Ash who is in pain behind me.

"I can," I answered confidently, "Really? I can give you chance to wield your sword at me but if you fail then, you will have to face the consequences," The black thing said,

The black thing is underestimating me is making me want to cut it into pieces. I picked up my sword, and I concentrate my mana on my sword as I was ready to attack. 

"Make sure that attack will be enough to kill me or else, it will be yours," The black thing said sounds like he is smirking without I don't see any expression since it is plain cloud-like. I didn't answer it as I am concentrating to pour mana on my sword so I can strike it in one blow when I felt someone holds my shoulder kaya napatingin ako kung sino at si Ash na nahihirapang tumayo habang nakatingin sa akin.

"A, Avy, don't," He looked at me pleading even though he is in pain based on his expression, "Why? Don't worry, I will make sure that I will strike it in one blow," I smiled at him but the look on his face still remains the same.

"N, No, Avy. You will not de--"

"Trust me, okay? This time, I will save you," I said as I remove his hands on my shoulder as I face his 'contractor', I am not dumb not to know what is their relationship but I am sure that his 'contractor' is not a good person since he won't leave it if it is not.

"It's not that simple, Avy. Stop!"

I heard Ash shout when I was running towards his 'contractor' since I am ready to attack at full force.

"What a beautiful sight is this. I am really jealous since Sky didn't act like that to me,"

Of course, he will not act like that with a contractor like you.

"Is that your last words?"

I asked as I am ready to strike a blow at that black thing when Ash suddenly appeared in front of me when I finally strike a blow. Blood sprayed on my face as I was stunned since it's not the contractor that I attacked but Ash who is smiling at me as he fell on me kaya napaupo ako dahil sa bigat ni Ash.
