Chapter one
Falling in love (Aleks pov)
"Hey Eddie!" I shouted, waving my arm over my head. Eddie aka. Slyfoxhound was my friend, maybe even my best friend. We were going to the arcade today and later we would hangout with the rest of our friends. Lily and Gwyn would be waiting at the apartments playing video games and painting their nails or some other girly thing I guess. They might be vlogging, or something cool too. They would have come to the arcade but me and sly wanted some guy time.
"Hey what's up, Homie?!" Sly shouted as he ran up. He was wearing a tee-shirt and jeans, as usual for this time of year.
"Oh I'm fine." I stopped shouting seeing as how Sly was right next to me. "Let's go!" I turned in the direction of the arcade and started walking. Eddie kept up with me and we got to the arcade in no time.
"What do you want to play first?" I asked Eddie giving him first pick.
"I don't know, why don't you pick? You always let me pick. It's your turn." Eddie smiled. His voice was different, I think. Like maybe he was in a good mood or something... It sounded like Gwyn when she was obsessing over a guy she liked?!
"I guess we should play this." I pointed toward Eddie's favorite game and my voice was surprised. I gotta stay calm! But I don't understand when did Eddie like me. I mean ya we're friends but... what was this.
We played for an hour then someone tapped our shoulders at the same time. We turned, me faster than Eddie. It was just Gwyn and Lily, what a disappointment. Lily's shorter and younger than Gwyn but they had the same hairstyle and faces it was kinda scary how alike they were, they were like twins.
"Hi!" Gwyn said after we were staring for a couple seconds. "Ya, you guys lose track of time or something? We got bored and decided to come join you. We know this is your "guy time" but really we made 5 videos!" Lily and Gwyn completely finish eachothers sentences, and have almost the same voice it's kinda scary at times. It's like they read eachothers minds. Some times Lily and Gwyn try to guess what eachother are thinking and I swear the never get it wrong. For Gwyn it's usually an anime character, and Lily usually thought about food. Like tacos, but they still almost always got it right. I call them the "witch twins" because Gwyn's convinced she can do magic. I doubt it. Gwyn can also have conversations with ghosts and see them. I still don't believe it, and Lily is like her twin in chaos. They're total trouble makers, once I found a dead bird on my bed and I think they put it there. It scared the crap out of me.
"No we didn't you left your window open!" Gwyn suddenly said. Oh ya she can read my mind at times too. She continued,"for one thing, I've been telling you me and Lily have known eachother forever so we know everything about eachother. We are not witch twins and I never said I could do magic I said things suddenly appear by my hand when I want to use them." Lily stared and Eddie smiled. Gwyn turned to Eddie at the same time saying, "Eddie do you have to think about your stupid crush all the time, I need you to help me beat this game. Plus that is sooo gay."
What was she talking about? Gwyn confuses me all the time, and what was that about a "Crush"? Does Eddie really think of me that way. There were a mixture of butterflies and rocks in my stomach. I felt like I could run screaming for 5 miles. I was starting to feel a crush on him, too. God, fucking shit! No! What about my girlfriend!
"Shut your thoughts, please! It's so weird to hear a guy think like that." Gwyn said on her way to the game she needed help to beat, pulling Eddie by the wrist.
Okay here's a discription of Gwyn, she has black hair that was dyed to become black and her hair is usually blond you can see the roots growing blond again, all she wears is black, red, anime, or jeans. She usually has black eyeliner that makes her look really scary, and she has a hot temper you annoy her and you better watch out, she will rake you with her 2 inch nails and you will bleed, or she'll just slap you on the top of your head and laugh, but the smile never reaches her eyes. Lately all she can talk about is either Sasuke or Gaara from Naruto. She can sneak up on you with a bell tied around her neck and you don't see or hear her until she jabs you in the side with her nuckle.
Lily is different but not by much. Lily likes slightly lighter colors and is a youtuber fan which is why she's so happy to be friends with me and Sly. She's way shorter than Gwyn and around 2 years younger. They hangout and it kinda looks like their in a relationship, Lily and Gwyn hold hands and Lily will sit on Gwyn's lap whenever they talk.
"Who are you talking to or thinking to? Are you planning on writing a book? You are so weird." Gwyn's voice was full of scorn but she didn't turn around to talk.
