About 16-19 years later:

"Artemis? Wake up Artemis." The Doctor said to me, gently shaking me. I turned over to see the face of the most wonderful man in the entire universe. "Yes Doctor?" I replied, rubbing my sleep encrusted eyes. There was a soft sniffle coming from the microphone. It was my daughter's sniffles, Nova, after a supernova the Doctor and I got married in orbit around. She was my little Time Lord. And she was crying. "I'll take care of it." I said, slowly flipping my legs over the side of the bed.

I stroll through the TARDIS door connecting my TARDIS and Nova's TARDIS. We decided it would be better if she had her own so that she could form a great friendship over time like the Doctor had with his and I had with mine, but we had to install a microphone to know if something happened. If it did, we'd hear it. Also, ever since the Doctor changed his TARDIS to that mechanical theme, we decided that it'd be better to raise Nova in a different environment.

Nova had decided to make her TARDIS a very modern one. It was all white, and the Doctor said that his TARDIS used to look a bit like it, except for while his old TARDIS had a low ceiling, Nova's had a very high one, and the top was a giant window, displaying a wide array of stars. The floor was a deep red shag carpet, designed to walk on with no shoes, which Nova did often.

I wandered into Nova's room to see my little Time Lord. She had long, wavy brown hair that went just below her shoulders. Nova got that from The Doctor. Her face was very angular, and she had dark green eyes that were wide open. Her plump bottom lip quivered in fear as she turned to look at me. I was very jealous of her first form, while mine was sort of a fat, lazy bag of ugliness. I was glad to be rid of that form.

"Mom, I had the dream again. The Daleks were there this time. The Daleks in my dream, they shot a girl! And you were there! Dad wasn't, though. What happened?" Nova said in her high pitched voice. Her hands held her black space blanket in a death grip. She got that from me. Nova had a great gift for reading people's minds in a sort of way. She could take memories, but she didn't know it; they'd come to her in dreams, and her curent dreams were about Joni.

I had never told her about Joni and why I go to a cemetary every Christmas. I didn't think she ould understand that one day, she would travel with companions, and they would be lost someday. But it was time.

"Nova, when you get older, dad and I won't be traveling with you; we can't travel with you forever and make breakfast for you everyday. Yes our TARDIS' will always be attatched, but we won't always come through that door. You'll travel on your own for a while, but you might meet people along the way, like your father and I did before we met. That girl you dreamt of, she was a girl I used to travel with, Joni. But she's gone." My eyes started to water a little bit, even after almost 20 years after losing her. I quickly wiped my eyes before Nova could see, but I knew she already had, even in the darkness. "Mom, I don't want to lose people like you have. I don't want to be sad like you are." Nova said. She spoke words way beyond her age, like she was already 900, but she was only 17.

"But you must Nova! Your dad, The Doctor, when he was in his tenth form, he fell in love with a girl. This was a long time ago, we still thought that we were the last Time Lords, while of course we were wrong. This girl, she was the Doctor's true love, but then she was trapped inside a parallel universe, twice. But the first time she was alone. The second time, she got her own human doctor, but that's beside the point. You'll meet people, and whether you like it or not, it'll be your instinct to bring them along with you." I said, puting my hand on her shoulder.

Nova smiled bleakly. "Well mom, there is something I've been meaning to tell you." She looked behind me, and I heard the footsteps coming closer. I slowly turned around to see a handsome young boy, probably the same age as Nova. He had messy brown hair and intensely blue eyes, with abs that looked to be a six-pack, and rock hard. "Nova, who is he?" I asked.

"I've already found a companion?" Nova said, shrugging her shoulders. I shook my head, laughing. "You're a sneaky one! How have you hidden him?" I asked. Nova smiled widely. So you're not mad at me? About hiding someone away?" She asked. I smiled in return, my lips reaching ear to ear to see my daughter had found somebody. "I'm not mad. Well, I'm exausted. Good night. What's his name by the way? " I asked, as I gave Nova a hug.

"Oh, my friends call me Will. And yes I can talk." Will said. He sat down on the bed next to Nova and I. He glanced at Nova and nodded his head towards me, as if suggesting something that I hadn't figured out yet, like he wanted Nova to tell me something. "Oh mom, there's another thing. Will...he's a Time Lord." Nova said, looking lovingly towards Will. All of a sudden, the Doctor ran through the door, energized.

"What?! Will is a Time Lord?!" The Doctor said in disbelief. He had only a pair of brown lounge pants on, and he was wearing a pair of glasses for some reason, because he didn't need them at all and he had no reason to be clever. Sometimes I just didn't get that wonderful man. "Oh and one more thing mom. And dad, now that you both happen to be here. I'm...pregnant?" Nova said, almost hiding under her blanket. There was a thud, and I quickly turned around to see the Doctor on the ground, and Will fanning his face.

I'm a Time Lady. I married The Doctor, a Time Lord. We had a child toigether, we named her Nova, who is 17 years old. We just found out that she has a companion. We also just found out that her companion is a Time Lord. And Nova is pregnant. With a baby Time Lord. I have had a crazy life, running with the Doctor, him running with me. We fly the TARDIS around the universe, saving planets and defeating enemies. We forget our past, live in the present, and wonder about our future, just to realize that here, with our family of Time Ladies and Lords, this is our family.

And we have a whole lot of running to do.
