Chapter 8

I was sneaking around knowing Rumi was in a safe spot I put a small sensor by the door that needed to be turned off for it to not go off, I found a door that lead downstairs something they did show me..I quietly made my way down part of me wishing it was Karl since he moved quieter but I found myself in some sort of basement...I hid quickly hearing footsteps I saw a few people talking all with mask I only knew two of the voices. I grabbed a recording device to pick up what they were saying.

"We have a new one, a baby only a few months old but they came with someone who started working here they seem found of taking care of that one it may be hard to get her" voice one spoke

"Do what you can, we'll need her and any others who seem to fit this months bill after all who cares about age so long as they fit the customers wants it'll be fine, oh and make sure you properly drug any criers we almost got caught" person two said annoyed

"yes sir.. sorry sir, we'll do it right this time." another person said softly

"Good, now we'll take our leave I want results in two days or so help me I'll chop off your limb of my choice and skin you." the last voice sounded kinda young to be honest..and a little Europe but oh well.

"We shouldn't linger much longer dawn will be soon and we have matters to attend now we shall take our leave good bye" the last voice said before I heard the sound of three people leaving "ugh how are we supposed to get that brat?" "we have two days, we just get him distracted by the other children and sneak her out now let's go change" the footsteps left.

I ended the recording and quietly but quickly snuck back to my room turning off the sensor, I looked at Rumi gently kissing her head.

Eret Pov:
I growled quietly we were so close to finishing our mission sun would be up soon but no one could find the man in charge, we did practically everything else Wilbur needed us to do.

•Find where their keeping the people✓
•Get them out and into a possible hospital✓
•Make sure the area is cleared✓
•Kill who the bastard behind this

We were in the process of clearing every person out which resulted in a heavy shoot out but we seemed to wining, I scanned the area just to nicked one my face by a bullet knocking my glasses off, I ducked into cover hiding my eyes 'crap...I can't do anything..my eyes are open..' I sat not sure what to do I also noticed more on our side starting getting hurt "fuck.." I muttered.

"hey we're going to need those explosives!" I said quickly into a radio "are you sure Eret? That may be risky" Jack's voice answered "yes I'll throw the tracker to where they need to land" I heard a quiet sigh and shuffle "roger that, remember as soon as it hits the floor you got three minutes to move away" "got it" I said before grabbing what I needed it honestly looked like small screw.

I looked slightly so my eyes weren't as noticeable and threw it into a group of the enemy "move Jack is bringing them in!" I announced and most of us moved back, a few minutes later two in a sense little bombs fell causing little damage but definitely cleared out most of our problem.

Fundy Pov:
I got up quietly walking to Wilbur's room coming in to see him asleep on his bed hugging his pillow as his wings lazily laid on, I smiled coming over as soon as I got close I could smell Eret's scent on Wilbur even though he was in his own bed.. actually I could smell Eret in general but I'm guessing Wilbur probably tried to fight him because he didn't want to sleep.

I sighed softly before leaving my father's room to go check on Tubbo who was goofing around with Tommy then I watched as the two ran into one of the many rooms that they shouldn't be in, I quietly ran over peaking my head in to hear "Jack we need more dropped I don't know where all of these men are coming from but I'm assuming their boss is here now, get the building!" it was Eret.

I watched as Tubbo shoved Jack out the way "roger that Eret I'll get it locked and loaded, north or south of the building?" "east, that's where we're getting flanked at" "copy, dropping bomb in three..two..one" I watched as Tubbo pushed something "confirm hit?" Tubbo asked "hit confirmed, they stopped pushing"

I blinked confused "woah Tubbo that was so cool" Tommy said "me and Jack are usually in here when mentions of bombs are needed, but it was just Jack recently due to me getting hurt" Tubbo said "wha-sense when have you ever been here??" Jack said "that would make sense on how we could get bomb support if Jack is on mission with us" I said coming into view "Fundy??!" Jack asked.

I nodded "mhm" he sighed "we're heading back, mission complete" "good job you lot, see you back at base"

Karl Pov:
I was sitting hugging my knees when I felt a gentle kiss onto my cheek I smiled warmly "hi Q, how are you?" "I'm doing great Karl but you know you should at least try to talk to him, if need be I'll be right with you" he said as he set his chin onto my shoulder and glided his hands from my shoulders to my hands.

I looked down before nodding "okay.. I'll wait a little longer he's on a mission..that I was supposed to take him to though I don't know what he's doing" He nodding gently kissing my neck which made me giggle "I love you Quackity so much"

"I love you too Karlos" he said as I kissed his cheek, I smiled hugging onto him closing my eyes leaning into his embrace. I couldn't help but also miss Sapnap too...the feeling of him rubbing my back as me and Q cuddle because we were sleepy after a mission or aggressive round out of a video game..it was fun, I enjoyed it....I wish it goes back to times like those
