Y/n *

"Call me once you get to the bike shop Y/n!" "I know, I will!!" "And don't forget this time!!" MY friend yelled at me and I softly giggled, "I won't!!" I smiled and waved to her before jogging to the public bus stop. You're probably wondering why don't I just take the school bus huh? And I have an answer for you. Let's take it back to the beginning.

When I was little-

Nah, I'm kidding. Imagine if that was how I introduced myself. That'd be a whole lifetime situation huh? Anyways, I'm not going home because my dad owns a motor shop and he always has me help out. It's been passed down through the family but since I'm his only child it moved to my duty now. I'm not too sure if I really want to take the responsibility though...But I have time to decide so it's fine!

Once I made it to the shop my dad was sitting outside, working under a car and I could only assume he heard the bus stop. "Honey?" He called out and I softly giggled, going up to him, "Yesss?" "Thank god, you're finally here. I've been wanting to go buy the things from the list we made earlier but I can't remember where I put it! I tried to think but hell, all that's stuck in my head in chemistry and bs from math. Lucky for me though, I wrote it out in my notes so, problem solved!

"We needddd...oil, more pens, anddd...maybe some paper clips." "Hm...we can go around the corner and get all of that stuff. Cmon." "Wait why do I have to go? We probably shouldn't leave the shop just out of blu-" "We can put a sign out Y/n." "But what if someone comes?" "They'll have to just sit there and wait until we get back, now let's go!" "C'mon dad I'll be fine!! Just let me stay hereee!" "It's too dangerous for you! I'm not leaving you with grown men by yourself." "Dad I'm almost eighteen!!" "And what is that supposed to mean??" I heavily sighed and crossed my arms. I hate when he does this. He'd be doing something simple like going to the store around right near us right? But force me to go with him, because he doesn't want me to be by myself. I can take care of myself! Plus this is a literal bike shop and repair. If it really came down to it, grab a wrench, whack the guy hard enough, and it's done!

I have one more shot at this. One more try to let me stay.

"Please please please please pleaseeeee!!"

I held onto him to emphasize the...dramatics. "Y/n-" "Please!!!!" "God, fine!!" "Really??" "Yes!! Fine!" I smiled and clapped, going to my little area. I did not expect that to comply though. Hm...Maybe he finally realized the capability of wrenches and literally almost anything in this place. I smiled to myself and heard some voices from the front

"I'll get you something as soon as we leave Mikey, calm down!!" "I want something now!!"

Wait did my dad already leave? Do I go get them? What do they need to be done?? Wait, shit-

I quickly went back to the front and smiled, "Hello there-" "Do you guys have food?" "Huh- uhm...n-no.." "Exactly. So let's go now." "Mikey." "W-We uh...we have vending machines..?" "...Where?" I pointed to the waiting area and the shorter boy of the two went.

The one still standing in front of me sighed and I saw him rub his temples, "I'm sorry about him. Thank you." "Of course...now what brings you here..?" "Right. I'm here to pick up a fixed bike." I nodded and instantly went to look for our book with all of our appointments. "Hey, could you give me the name it's under!" "Should be Ken Ryuguji." I nodded to myself and flipped through the pages.
