I know sometimes people write stories about this perfect girl in these types of stories, but I don't want the girl or preferred to be portrayed like that. Everyone is perfect in their own ways. You don't have to be this perfect model that weighs 100 lbs, slim arms, flat stomach, small waist, slim legs, no acne, no stretch marks. That isn't you (no offense to anyone who looks like that), that's desire. Think of it like this. If everyone were to look like that, there wouldn't be much diversity in the world, and for me diversity is one of the things I love most about everyone. I love seeing different body types, because I know that even if you want to look like that, you don't, but that's good. Different is what I stride for personally. I'm not saying to be not healthy, but love yourself and have good eating habbits. From a younge age I was told that I needed to not eat as much from my father, and even now he tells me that he sees my perfect weight to be 5-10 lbs less than I am. But my sister told me that, those were just words. She taught me to love myself, and i'm working on it still today. No, my body isn't perfect, but it's my body and I love it as it is. Your size makes you, you! If you really want to change something about you, eat healthy and stay active. But don't not eat and lose weight unhealthily. I struggled for 4 years with that. And even though i'm 130 lbs at 13, I love my curves, and I love my body. I usually try to get 6-8 hours of sleep, and I write down bad thoughts to keep my mind clear. Your mental health is so important, it's almost mandatory. Remember that I believe in you, and so do your friends. You can rant to me in the comments, i'll try to respond and we can talk! I hope this makes someone smile, I love all of you! Remember to eat and drink today, even if its only a little bit. I love you!
