Chapter 50 - Hyungie

"Fuck this shit, it's so confusing!" Jungkook cursed as his eyes scanned over the book, he glanced at Queen who was sitting besides him, the older had his lips pressed together in a thin line trying not to burst out laughing.

Taehyung cleared his throat, and placed his hand on the younger's thigh stroking it affectionately, "It's not confusing Koo, just pay attention to what are you reading my love"

Jungkook huffed, and focused his gaze back on the book. He was trying to focus on the words written when his mind seemed to go back thinking about that particular night when Taehyung confessed his crimes.

Yeah, those were crimes and it was fully admitted by Taehyung that he was in a way a criminal.

It's been a two weeks since the confession happened, Jungkook had a handful of doubts and Taehyung willingly cleared all of them, the omega told Jungkook everything without even hiding a single detail.

Taehyung also gave Jungkook space when the younger asked for it calmly, that's what suprised Taehyung; Jungkook seemed to be surprisingly calm with him, no shouting, no yelling or the 'I'm not going to be with a criminal like you' and sentences like such, honestly Taehyung really expected all of those.

Jungkook had distanced himself for long three days before he had again entered Taehyung's room, all the days he wasn't with Taehyung he was with his parents.

The trueblood later told Taehyung that bygones are bygones, nothing can be changed and Jungkook really doesn't want to see Taehyung like he was before, the younger had made his mate promise that Taehyung would not play any of the dirty games again nor would kill people who don't deserve it.

The Queen was quick enough to agree everything Jungkook told, he was ready to change his past self.

Now the unmated mates were seated on the bed of their room with a huge book of law in front of them— actually in front of Jungkook who was trying hard to focus on whatever written.

"I can't focus!" Jungkook fell back on the bed and reached his hand out and placed the heavy book on the side table, he glanced at Taehyung who was shaking his head in disappointment.

"Jungkook, my love. We have to do it" Taehyung said, his voice was ever so soft with the deep tone, it almost tempted Jungkook to sleep.

"I'll rest and we'll then continue" Jungkook said, he pulled Taehyung above him making the Queen yelp loudly before he was embraced by Jungkook.

"You are so pretty", the trueblood said as he had a lazy grin tugged on his lips, his forefinger was trailing along Taehyung's cheek-bone.

The hazel eyed male rolled his eyes, and tired to get up but ofcourse he could never be able to free himself from Jungkook's tight loving embrace.

"Say a thank you for my amazing praise" Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows slightly, his lips touching Taehyung's forehead leaving several pecks on the older's skin there.

"What you said is a fact, nothing to be thanked for" Taehyung said, he closed his eyes and took in all the affection his mate had rewarded him with.

"I love you", Jungkook said, his lips dragging along the cheeks of the omega, all over leaving pecks over the soft skin, he nosed the cheeks and laid a peck there.

"I love you much more, my baby" Taehyung opened his eyes, he leaned forwards and pecked Jungkook's nose.

"You are my baby, not the other way around" Jungkook chuckled, he tightened his hold around the older's waist and pulled him closer so their chests were touching.
