Chapter 7

Well Ty took me home and my mom had... A lot of questions. She asked me... "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN"! I put my hands on my hips. "I was at Ali's house". She rolled her eyes. "I mean after Ali's parents called 911 for a robbery and because you went missing"? I shrugged. "I'm fifteen do you have to know every little thing I do"? And I got grounded.

I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling. And sighed. I started thinking about Ty's grey eyes, and how they lit up in the light of the moon. "WHAT AM I THINKING"! I yelled as I slapped my face. I brought my knees to my chest and lowered my head. "There's now way in hell he actually likes me. I just need to get over it". Then I started to think about how he agreed to be my "boyfriend." I deep breathed. "It's only an act. Pull your self together Tiffany."

My mom parked in front of the school. "Okay, now you know you can't do anything with anybody after school I expect a phone call and you to be home at 3:30". I sigh. "Okay". She blew me a kiss, and I rolled my eyes and blew one back.

I watched as my mom drove away, leaving me at the front doors of this prison. I cringed. "ugh another day of high school". "Even getting kidnaped can't keep me away from it". I giggled at my own joke.

I walked into the main doors of my school and everyone stopped and looked at me. Literarily everyone. Trust me I didn't want the attention. My friend Ali makes her way through the crowd of silent teenagers. She grabs my shoulders and hugs me. "Uhh Ali? What are you"... She cut me off. "Once we heard the burglar alarm go off and coco go buck wild, we called 911, but when we tried to find you"... She paused. "You where just gone". I wormed my way out of her hug. "Wait, you guys were worried"? She shook her head. "Yes! A bugler comes in our house at 2 in the morning and you somehow manage to suddenly disappear... Uh yes we were worried". I giggled. "Bad timing I guess". I shrugged. "My bad". Ali rolled her eyes and whispered in my ear". "Oh and don't be surprised if you hear like 20 different stories about how you got kidnapped". I sighed. "Really"? She shrugged. "Rumors spread like diseases. Infecting one person after another".

I wait at my locker after school. I check the time to make sure I have enough time to get back home. "3:15. okay yeah I have time". "HEY"! I heard a husky man yell. "You didn't do what you were told". I run to the window of the two story building. I could see Ty and 3 other guys surrounding him. "Shit, so much for my curfew"! I run down the stairs and out the back doors to the teachers parking lot. I run out waving my arms. "Hey, hey, break it up. We want to keep a good reputation at this school"! I said with sarcasm. The tallest more built dude laughs at me. "Ha, awe Ty is your little guard puppy". The others with him started to laugh. "No you got it wrong, See i'm just the person that's gonna keep your asses out of ISS". I point to the window on the second story. You could see the football coach, coach Daniel with his arms crossed and he slowly shook his head from side to side. I turn to face the big guy with a smirk. "See"? He growled and pointed his finger at Ty. "This will be continued". He gave me an evil glare. And the he walked away with his followers not far behind him. I cup my hands around my mouth and yell. "GREAT TALK! HAD FUN"! Ty looked at me with a STOP IT look. I scrunch my nose. "What"?
