Tired from school, Dex, just lied down in bed.

"Dex, come down and have dinner already!" Mrs. Johnson shouted.

"Bring it up here mom, I'm too tired to go down!" Dex replied.

"What could be wrong with Dex these past few days?" Mrs. Johnson asked herself while going upstairs to deliver Dex's dinner.

*Knock! Knock!*

"Come in, mother." Dex replied.

"Hey Derick, mind if I join you for dinner?" Mrs. Johnson asked.

"No mom, if you're wondering that there is something wrong with me, I'm really alright, I'm just tired from school." Dex replied.

"Well, since you put it that way, your course seems a little bit tiring." Mrs. Johnson said.

"Believe me mom, it's not easy taking up BS Architecture, I have to stay up late again tonight just to finish these plates." Dex replied.

"Well, alright, I'll leave your dinner on your study table, but I beg you to please finish early your plates, your eyebags are getting bigger." Mrs. Johnson jokingly said.

"Mom! Well, they are really getting bigger aren't they? Hahahaha... Alright, I'll try to finish my plates early this time, so that I'll sleep on time." Dex replied.

"That's good son, at least you're making your father proud by studying very well." Mrs. Johnson said.

"Yes mom, I'm doing all my best to make him proud of me, I will be the best Architect Lawyer there is in the future." Dex replied.

"I'm sure you'll achieve your dreams someday, just believe in your dreams." Mrs. Johnson said.

"I will mother, thank you." Dex replied.

"Eat your dinner first alright, before you do your plates?" Mrs. Johnson said.

Then Mrs. Johnson left Dex alone inside of his room. Dex then ate his dinner.

10 minutes later, he went downstairs to the kitchen to give his used plates to the maid for it to be washed. Then after that he went upstairs once again.

As he got inside his room, he immediately brought out his compass, pencil, and paper to work on those plates. He had to finish 5 plates by tonight, so Dex had to finish it double time for him to fulfill his promise to his mother that he'll sleep early.

11:00 in the evening, that was the time when Dex finished the 5 plates he was supposed to finish, and with that said and done, Dex decided that it was already time to sleep.

Dex was too tired that he didn't even bother to change into his pajamas, instead he just slept in his casual clothes, considering that it was a Wednesday that he didn't wear his uniform today.

Dex then slowly closed his eyes.

Dex suddenly woke up when he saw thatr he was already in a beach wearing only his board shorts.

"Uhmm.. what the heck am I doing here, and how did I even get here?" Dex asked himslef.

Suddenly, a girl in bikini, with long wavy hair and rosy cheeks approached him and said, "Hi, I heard you were talking to yourself, you're here because you decided to be here." The girl said.

"I don't understand?" Dex replied. "Who are you anyway?" Dex asked.

The girl smirked and said,"Well, I'm the one who brought you closer to Christ."

Suddenly, Dex then was back in his bedroom lying on the floor.

Suddenly, Dex's mom entered the room and asked, "Dex, are you alright, I heard the loud thump of you falling out of bed, did something happen?"

"No mom, I just had this strange dream." Dex replied.

"You know what tell me later what your dream was, right now, hit the showers and come downstairs after you get dressed, it's already 5:30 in the morning." Mrs. Johnson replied.

"Alright mom, be right there." Dex said.

"What could that dream mean?" Dex asked himself while preparing to enter the shower. "Who could be that girl? Is she someone I will meet in the future, and what did she mean by 'the one who brought you closer to Christ'?" Dex asked these questions to himself.
