I barely even slept last I was up thinking and sobbing about how bizarre yesterday was
What woke me up was the continuous tap on shoulder Maverick gave me to make me to get up
He told me there was some coffee in the kitchen and I needed to take asap

I still didn't understand the whole helping me thing

Taking my last sip of coffee I placed the cup on the countertop on seeing Maverick coming fully dressed humming some weird song

I could swear I heard the rhythm of Little Mix

He stopped singing realizing my weird stare " oh you're done , good" he spoke innocently

"Yes" was all I responded ,I was still in the slutdress he gave last night seeing he had nothing else to give me he even offered to give me one of his huge ass shirts and shorts but I kindly declined

10 minutes later , we left the building, he said we were taking the subway train since Jessica [his car] was still swimming

We sat down in the train before it announced it's departure getting occasional glances from the people in it after a little incident with the subway officer

Earlier

Maverick was dragging my arm through the the crowd of people who were blocking our way for some reason he wasn't in a good mood after a little phone call to be real the way he was dragging me made him appear as a mugger which caught an officer's attention

"Hey!" He blew his whistle " you two stop, stop!" the officer yelled causing Mave to stop and cuss under his breath

"What are you doing with this young lady" he inquired

        " Baking cookies" Maverick replied sarcastically

" You know that's an offense  disrespecting  a police officer " he warned

Maverick sighed angrily " Sir we were walking"

" Hmm, to me it appears to be an abduction , what's your relation ?"

Mave sighed deeply again before looking at me then the police officer
"She's my sister ." He lied

It seems that the officer didn't buy it judging by the way we didn't resemble at all

"You're lying!"

"SHE'S MY SISTER IN CHRIST THEN !JEEZ NOW F-CK OFF YOU NOSEY B•TCH OF AN OFFICER" he yelled causing everyone to look at us

This is not gonna end well

" YOU'RE COMING WITH ME " he waved a baton infront us ,he thinks it would scare this huge bully

To speed this up a little , Maverick laughed at officer as he let go of me and grabbed the baton away from the officer causing him to stumble back and just like that he hit his head  causing him to fall unconscious on the ground

Yap , we were now the centre of attention but he didn't care one bit , he looked down at the unconscious man and scoffed and went back to dragging me to the train

Reminding me of how dangerous he actually is
