(Shoto's POV)
"Big brother! Big brother!" I hear behind me, and it starts to get kind of cold, I wonder why
Seiko come running up to me, the closer he is the colder it gets "I got my Quirk!!" He says, almost bouncing up and down
"That's great! What is it?"
"I'm not sure... but look! Ice keeps growing around me!"
"Is there any way for you to stop it?"
"Well I've tried everything I could think of.."
Suddenly we hear,
"SHOTOOOOOO" dad screamed while fast walking towards us
"Why are you using your quirk? It's cold here already! Use your fire!"
"U-Um dad.. it's not Shoto, I got my Quirk!"
""Oh! Well that's good, now, what does it do?"
"I'm not quite sure.. it's just been really cold and icy and snowy all around me and it seems to be growing, I've been trying pretty much ever since I woke up to find a way to stop it but I can't!"
"What? What the hell is wrong with you?!"
"Huh?"
"Shut up dad he's perfectly fine!" I stand in front of him with my arms up
I feel two things wrap around then latch on my stomach, there very cold as well
Seiko is hugging me from behind, his skin is unbelievably cold, it probably has to do with his quirk but if he hadn't gotten it yet he definitely would be long dead
"Stop hugging him! You'll freeze him!"
Dad then removed Seiko's embrace from me and pushed him away
Seiko started running away in fear, I honestly don't blame him
