Introduction Chapter: why 🌻

It's been a month since that thing happened, she just looks and adore him in silent. Everything seems like happened yesterday, that's the reality no matter what. They were so close, now everything has distant between them. Now she sees its hopeless regretting what has happened. No matter how much she tries it not going to change anything. She lost him a best friend, someone she loved. She misses everything the care, affection, love, the way he protected her. She reminds back how they met each other and get closer.

She was heading to a classroom where she promised to meet one of her friends. While passing by the hallway in the corner she saw a guy wearing hoodie and round glass siting alone with earphone, she wants to ignore him, but something made her take dumb decision which changed her life, slowly she approached him. She asked, 'are you okay? You seem like very disturbed '. He smiled but I can see the pain in his eyes 'I guess in very terrible mood right now.'

'I don't know what's the problem is but trust me everything will be fine.' I said. He starts staring into my eyes and said, 'Do you think someone loved very sincerely deserves to be hurt and left all alone?'

Suddenly my phone ring, my friend was calling me 'I am so sorry, I have to go now, maybe I can catch you later.' He just nodded and we exchange our number. Then I start to walk away but I can feel he still looking at me. My heart was feeling so different start to beat faster. My face start to become red as tomato.

While in class my phone notification popped 'Hey I am Eden here'. I had goose bump

I replied to message 'Hello I am Layla here. Maybe we can meet during lunch time to continue our conversation.' He replied, 'okay '.

I got back from my long thoughts I should never meet him that day. Now I lost him and my heart too. I asked for love he said no, then I asked for stay in my life at least as friend, he promised to stay but acting as though we are not friends.

'Layla...Layla are you okay' Susan asked. 'I am okay. why? 'I told to her while looking straight to her face. She wiped my tears and said 'Then, why are you crying? Don't tell me you are thinking about him again'.

I just smiled, hold her hand and continue walking 'as usual all the memories played back in my mind, I miss everything about him'. 'It's okay babe, everything will be fine. Just put the hope on god, he won't let you down.' Susan said.

'No matter what happens, I won't leave you alone. I am there for you always babe.' Said Susan. I pull her into hug and said 'I love you baby, thank you for everything '. She hugs me tighter and said, 'I love you too'.

Susan changed my mood to be cheerful again as always. We went to the library to continue our assignment. Then someone pulled the chair on the opposite of the table. I look up and made eye contact with someone beyond my imagination.

It was Eden, right in front of me with very bright smile. He still good looking and make me melt like ice. 'So, can I join you guys? Since we didn't spend time together for so long time.' Susan looked hold my hand tightly under the table. I just nodded to him.

We continue our work and made as though he invisible. He was constantly staring at me time to time. Susan suddenly said 'what is your problem Eden? What is your motive now to hurt her again is it? '. I tried to stop her from starting a war with him.

Suddenly he stood up and said, 'I love you Layla' and pulled me closer and leaned toward and kissed my forehead...
