Abby's POV

It was the morning after they came back from the Mountain Men mission. Abby woke up and felt someone in the bed next to her. She stopped breathing for a second,and remembered the events of last night. After Jackson had taken care of her, she had gone back to her room to sleep.Marcus had knocked on the door five minutes later, and she had opened it. The first thing he had dond was kiss her, hard. She'd kissed him back. after a while he had pulled away and said "Abby, I know im not that kind of person to express my feelings like this but today, I thought I was gonna lose you and I realized that I can't live without you. Abby Griffin, I love you so much."

She had been wordless.She'd stared at him for like a minute while registering what he just said. She had been trying to deny those feelings for months but now that he was standing in front of her, telling her how much she meant to him, she let go, let go of of her fear of falling in love again, and maybe losing him. She had kissed him and they had kissed passionately for what seemed like hours and then they had talked late into the night,sitting on her bed, about anything. And she remembered falling asleep while he was talking about how the earth used to be before the radiation hit.He had probably fallen asleep after her. She turned around and saw him sound asleep. He looked so much younger, about 18.

" You know its rude to stare right?"

She blushed and he kissed her nose.

"Good morning beautiful."

"Good morning Marcus." He gave her a look and he laughed.

" What do you want me to call you then?" She asked as she stood up.

" I don't know yet but I'll find something." He stood up too and walked to the door.

She grabbed his arm.

" Wait, we need to talk."

" Those words are never a good thing." He mumbled.

She sat on a chair and he sat across from her.

" What are we?"

"What do you mean?"

She gave him a look as if to say " you already know"

" Look, I don't know yet, all I know is that I love you. So, would you like to go on a date with me?"

She looked at him surprised.

"Where?There are no restaurants or anything around here."

"It's surprise. Is that a yes?" He smirked.

She nodded.

He stood up and walked up to her. She stood up too and he took her hand in his. She kissed him on the lips and they walked outside, holding hands
