*Author's pov*

The next day I went to the place which Hwa Mi said. I don't know if what she said is true or not. It's not like I don't trust her,J just want to know what is real cause she is just a teenager. Since the hospital was near the agency, I just took a walk. It's just a 15 minute walk. I went inside and asked the receptionist about a grandma who lived for 100 years. " Excuse me, can I know about a grandma who is 100 years old who got admitted recently." She searched through the computer but stopped as she looked at me with suspicious eyes, "Who are you to her?" Uh-Oh, now what will you do? "I'm her granddaughter" She narrowed her eyes on me.

Just then Hwa mi entered and greeted the receptionist but halted her steps when she saw you. "Ms.kim?" I looked at her smiling, she smiled at me, "What are you doing here, Ms. Kim?" "I just came to greet your grandma" She awed at your words. "That's so sweet Ms.Kim" You smiled at her words. "Let's go" She took your hand and dragged you towards the room. You chuckled at her behavior.

We slowly opened the door, not wanting to disturb her. You got shocked when you saw the person. Hwa mi went inside and kept the bag of fruits on the nearby table and sat beside the person. Grandma,no no more like your granddaughter, didn't yet notice you.

Hwa mi signalled you to come in. You slowly went in, she saw you and got shocked. "Y/n?" She whispered lowly but you both heard it. You smiled at her weakly. Slowly tears are forming in your eyes, she is the person whom you used to love the most. Even though she is your granddaughter, she took care of you as you are her baby but unfortunately you need to leave her because of the circumstances. You being an immortal can keep your family in danger that is why you mostly stay away from them. You saw her tears falling down slowly. "How are you Eun-Kyung?" That's her name, Eun-Kyung which means gracious gem.
Her name defines her so well. Tears are threatening to fall from your eyes.

"Where were you? Why didn't you come back after you promised me that you'll come back?"
She asked, Hwa Mi looked at you both confused. She isn't understanding anything what is happening here. "I'm sorry, I broke my promise because that's the only way to protect you" Her tears are nowhere around to stop,so are yours. You are crying for the first time in a decade. You slowly sat beside her and wiped her tears with your thumb but they weren't stopping. You wiped your tears not wanting to cry more, hoping that she'll stop crying if you stop too.

"I missed you" She said while sobbing. You hugged her tightly, She sobbed on your shoulder. Hwa mi doesn't know what is happening but she is getting emotional too, seeing you both crying. "I missed you more than you expected" You said as your voice cracked. "I never knew that I would see you like this, in this hospital with all the wires attached" You are trying hard not to cry. "It's okay, I will leave in peace, I thought I would never see again, I felt bad for not saying a proper goodbye to you". She said smiling, still staying in the hug.
" No, You are not leaving me, I'll treat you with the best doctor, he is my friend. Nothing is gonna happen to you" She smiled at you."I've lived more than 100 years waiting for you to come, now I met you I can leave this world peacefully" She said as she broke the hug. "No-" She cut you off by saying, "I'm tired of living" This sentence made you silent.

She just lived for a century and got tired of living but what about you, you lived for nearly 10 centuries, Are you tired of living? This question started bugging you but you got off your thoughts when Hwa mi spoke, "Umm… Can I know what is happening?" You both looked at her confused face and then at each other. "I'm her granddaughter," Eun-Kyung said. She became more confused now. You both chuckled at her confused face.

You explained the whole situation to her. She first became shocked but soon became excited. She always believed in immortals, she finds them interesting and now she is meeting one and that to her family member. You all enjoyed together for some time,you fed her dinner and now it's time for her to sleep so you both have to leave. You dropped hwa mi at the dorm and you are on the way to your home. You are getting flashbacks of your past now.

Flashback.
22/10/1935

"Y/n, come let's make dinner" Eun-Kyung called you. She calls you Y/n cause you said so. You didn't want her to call you grandma when you are not looking like a grandma. You went into the kitchen and started making dinner for the family. You both are enjoying it. You both are inseparable and the craziest duo ever.

After eating dinner, the next day you have to go but you don't want to but you still have to and Eun-Kyung is making it hard for you. She'll definitely cry. You all are seeing the news,
Someone murdered 5 people. He must be a serial killer,A complete psychopath. The camera is slowly showing the faces of dead people…  you got shocked seeing their faces. They are IMMORTALS!!

Just a few months back, some immortals were murdered and now again. What is happening? Why is that serial killer only killing immortals? How does he know that they are immortals?
You are deep in your thoughts, not knowing what is happening. If he is only killing immortals then you need to be safe.

Flashback ends.

You still didn't know who the killer was? He killed all the immortals living on the earth. Only you and  Yoongi are still alive. You both hid in various places to be safe. Never in your life, you thought you would be scared of someone. You sighed and got out of the car and went inside the house.

After 2 days.

These two days you always try to find time to spend with Eun-Kyung. You shifted her to Yoongi's hospital. Yoongi is giving the best treatment to her with the help of the best doctors.
You are frequently visiting her. Even now you are arranging the papers fast so that you can go early. It's still afternoon but you wanted to go.

Jungkook entered the building with a smile plastered on his face. He walked near the reception. Looks like the receptionist recognised him.

"Umm.. Hello, is the CEO--" He got cut off when you called him. "Jungkook?" He looked at you and smiled. "Y/n!" "What are you doing here?" He took a deep breath and answered your question. "Y/n, I thought about it for a long time and I'm ready for it. I'm accepting your offer. I'll work as your secretary"
