The Booze Stand

Deku rushed out the door with a cold pastry in his mouth. He was going to be late for his volunteer work. As he ran down the sidewalk he couldn't help but be kinda nervous about who his partner is. He figured it was another classmate, but who.

As he walked to the stand he heard some yelling that he recognized from his former years in school. Now he was more nervous. As he turned the corner he seen the person he expected at the stand he didn't want them to be at.

Bakugo was working at the booze stand, the same one he was assigned to work at. Deku aproched Bakugo and asked him if this was the stand he was working on.

"Why else would I be here, fucking nerd," Bakugo responded shortly.

Deku took a step back. Then, regaining confidence, he steps forward again.

"Well, I work this stand too, so we are going to work together today.

Bakugo scoffed and sat back in a chair behind the counter. Deku then walked around and stood next to him and asked, "Is everything set up?"

"Go look for yourself," Bakugo responded dryly. Deku turned and check for himself. Nothing was set up and Deku had to do it all himself.

The flood of people was startling at first but after an hour or two Deku finally got the hang of it. Bakugo however did perfectly fine from the beginning, even chuckling to himself when Deku messed up. After a while though, most of the people cleared out and they only had one or two come by every few minutes then an hour passed with no one coming by.

Deku turned to Bakugo and stared for a moment too long.

"What are you looking at, extra." Bakugo said harshly.

"You don't have to be so rude," Deku whispered under his breath.

Bakugo shot up and into Deku's faced and in a low voice said, "What did you say."

"Nothing," Deku responded quietly.

Bakugo tilted Deku's head up, forcing eye contact. That sat there for a few minutes neither one moving. After a few more moments Bakugo leaned in and kissed Deku on the lips. The kiss last what felt like forever and neither one wanted to stop it. But eventually, Bakugo backed away and sat back down without a work.

Deku stood frozen for a moment the turned and yelled at Bakugo, "What was that."

Bakugo didn't even turn to Deku and said, "Nothing."
