Zyra's POV:

My talk with Detective Joaquintos resumed short after a little break.

"So, is it fine if I start asking the real questions na, Miss Villamor?"

I deeply breathed. This is it. I need to pull myself together. For my friends. Pero still, I feel a bit uneasy.

"Miss...Villamor?" Ika ni Detective.

"Yes, Sir." I faced him.

"Para lamang ako'y maging malinaw, uulitin ko, maari mong sabihin sa akin lahat ng mga naalala mo. Do say the full and true details of the scene. Do know that our conversation is recorded, Miss Villamor." Explain niya.

Kumunot ng konti ang noo ko, is he accusing me???

"We'll start from the very start," He looked at the paper then asked me, "Why were you and your friends at Grand Blueview Hotel in Taguig?"

"We were celebrating a party for Armie. Her team won the volleyball championship on our school."

"Hmm. Anymore reasons?"

"None, Sir. We were just celebrating her win."

He looked at me, "Why Grand Blueview Hotel?"

"The hotel is a 5-star hotel with great reviews and great service." I explained, "Plus, since it was a sudden party, sa Blueview nalang kasi madali akong makakakuha ng room doon since my dad is one of the contributors of that hotel." I explained more. "They grant me easy access."

"What was the exact time this party was hold?" Detective Joaquintos asked again.

I tried remembering, "It was nearly night time that day, so I say we checked in like 6pm at February 6, Sir."

"Hmm, okay. Who was in this party? Sino-sino kayo doon?"

"As far as I can remember, 10 lang po kami doon. Kasi sampu lang ang binigyan ko ng access maka-pasok sa penthouse." Umayos ako ng upo. "Hindi ka makakapasok sa penthouse through the locked elevators if you don't have the password from the people nag-obtain ng room. In that case, it was me. Ako ang nag-obtain nung penthouse. And I clearly remember I only gave the password to my friends."

"We examined the hotel's penthouse. Napaka-laki at maluang. There were no broken windows or opened vents. Sa elevator lang talaga ang daan para makapasok. So how could there be someone na nakapasok sa penthouse ng hindi niyo alam?"

"I don't know! It could've got in anywhere. I never shared the elevator's password with anybody else. Ang may alam lang ay kaming 10 ng mga kaibigan ko at ang mga workers ng hotel."

"Okay, Miss Villamor, no need to shout." He sighed. "What did you do throughout the party?"

I gulped. "Partied."

"Oo, at ano pa?" Tinaasan ulit ako ng kilay ni Det.

"Danced, sang, played games," I sighed, "and maybe a few light drinks."

"Hmm, good, underage drinking ah?" Sir Joaquintos took down notes. "We saw a lot of liquors on that penthouse, Miss."

"What were we supposed to do? It was a party, sir." I rolled my eyes.

"Ano pang mga naalala mo nung gabi na iyon?"

"Hindi ko na tanda...basta, I was just eating. Tapos..."

"Tapos?" Tinignan ako ni Det.

"The girl in red..."
