Chapter 6

"Y/n! Find her now!" A female voice was heard and I swear to god! If this is another alien I will kill someone!

     We look out of cover to see this slim female. Four arms and hooded. Can't see her face. "What is that?!" Tali ask. "I don't know! We came here to find more on these!" Tali killed a bot. "I don't know what any of these are!" She retort. "Damnit!" I look over to see Garrus barely getting hit. "Are you okay?" I ask. "Yes but we are pinned down Y/n! Their killing every Qurian trying to help!" He informs me. "Commander! We need orders!" Javik says. "Yes Y/n! We need a plan!" Tali agrees.

  A plan! I don't have a plan! A plan! A plan!

Plan...why did I actually believe I was cut to be commander I only club through the ranks because of Shepherd and my knowledge. Without those two what am I?! Who am I?!

    "Y/n!" I stood up with my hands up. "I'm Y/n! I surrender." I plead. The women stops the attack and points at my rifle. "Drop it." I dropped my gun and kicked it across to her. "Stop our attack we have what we need." I walk slowly to her.

    "Y/n!" The sound of pistol going off scares me. I look to side to see Javik bleeding. "Commander! Don't surrender! Don't be a coward! Remember your gifted then most humans!" Again another bullet. "Javik!" I swipe my arm back and I push her troops away. "What are you doing! Kill her!" I felt this anger boiling over.

   Something ignited in my blood. In my heart. Killing my crew no my friend! "You shot my friend you damn bitch!" I charged at her as she fired her pistol. My barrier deflected her bullets. The bots crushed under my force of my slam. "What are you!" She walks back. "One pissed off bitch!" I push her to ground as she crawls back. I laid my foot on her neck and using this pint up anger to be sure she can't hurt me. "Who sent you! What are you! What do you want with me!" I commanded. "Y/n! Human who travel through time! What a joke! We want to take your head on mount!" I nearly snapped her neck but someone laid a hand on my shoulder.

   "Y/n...keep her alive we can use her." I saw Garrus with a worried look on his face. "Don't let raw anger control you...your better then that dear." I took a deep breath and took my weight off the alien. "Get her on the Normandy and secured." Garrus nods as he gets the alien.

   Javik holding his left side of body as he starting bleeding. "Commander..." he collapsed to ground. I rush to him and laid my hands on his wound trying to stop the bleeding. "Javik! Hang on! I'm getting you medical attention now!" I look at Tali. "Get me a doctor someone!" She nods and rushes off.
   "Y/n. I won't make it. I will join my people." I look at Javik in disbelief. "Javik! Your my friend someone I respected don't you dare die!" He coughs his blood up.

  "Y/n. Commander. We killed the Reapers I avenged my people already. Now...let my death give you strength...." He laid his hand on mine. "You still the doubt you'll be a good leader, you blame yourself for my death. You are the commander you were always meant to be. You still have your heart and compassion. That is your best weapon." He smile at me.

   "Let this vengeful spirit pass away in peace...we did the impossible and won..."

    "Y/n. Don't let my death go in vain. Never give up! Never give any sign of weakness or meekness. Let them fear you...now fight and win."

   His head fell to side as he closed his eyes. I felt my hot tears going down my face. "Javik..." I called out. I lift my hands off his wound seeing my hands cover in his blood. Knowing I failed. "Javik..." I whispered.

   "Javik!!" I cried. I let my tears fall as my friends saw me finally break. Finally giving in.

   These Qwakes will pay. They won't feeling much diplomatic side at all! They will feel my cold hard wrath!

    "Y/n..." my hands shaking seeing the blood.

Flash back.
Meeting Javik:
Javik and Shepherd returned to mental mind as the human aimed a gun on me. "She's dangerous too...she pulled a gun on you Commander!" I crossed my arms to conceal the anger. "Is this what you primitives call friends or a crew! If my men pulled a gun on my trusted crew I throw them out the airlock."

Javik looks at me in a confuse manner. "You knew Y/n and you Human also knew but yet none of you warned them! It's too late..." I looked at Javik and shook my head. "We have a plan mom show him." Mom went on explaining about the crucible.
Javik looked at me and mom. "Mother and Daughter but different species?" I nodded in confused manner. "I adopted her back long time ago when she was younger weaker with her biotics." Javik eyed me.

Hunting down Leviathan:
  "Y/n." I look Javik. "Gently lower yourself." I breath in relief as I brought myself down slowly. "I can't hold on..." I muttered. Garrus tried to unbuckle as Javik smacked him. "Don't Turian you'll kill her. You can't interrupt Ground zero." I fell to floor as the shuttle roughly landed but safely.

Thessia:
"We can track her!" Javik yelled. "Javik!" I looked at him." we will find you cowards and make you hurt!" Javik pulled me back. "Javik what are you doing?" "He might pull your Omni-tool off you up I place a beacon on middle of your back...I'm saving you."

Javik fires his weapon at Kai but Kai just charged at him. Kai was going to kill him. Damnit. I ran brought up a field and push it back.

felt a harsh pull on my ankle. Being dragged back. "Ah! Javik! Help! Liara!" I cried. I dragged my good arm. Trying to hold on to something. "Help..." I cried. I felt the tears running down my face. "They won't find you now." Javik got up trying to fire at him but Kai just brought up his field. "Help me..." I breathed.

Last fight with the Reapers:
   I got to Javik who was reloading and modifying his weapon. "Hey Javik." "Y/n are you ready to destroy these Reapers once and for all." "Yes I'm ready for war to end...Javik let's kick ass." "Y/n." Before I left I turned to Javik. "It was honor to call you my friend and I'm sorry I couldn't save you on Thessia." I smile to him. "Don't worry about that! We have a war to finish! We will beat these Reapers once and for all!"

End flashback.

      "Javik...I'm so sorry I wasn't strong enough to keep you alive! Why! If I know knew! I could've stop this!" Tears flooding down my cheeks. My vision blurring. "Y/n...it's not your fault." My hands shaking with the blood on my hands.

   Feeling a metal hand on my shoulder made me stand up. "Y/n we may not know how to comfort but we believe a hug is what makes you feel comfortable. Is this unit right?" Legion extended his arms out. I nodded and hugged my metal friend. "If I just knew...if I just knew...I could've saved him."

   "You can't always save everyone..."
