Ryujin was still sleeping, although it was already 7:30. She was tired yesterday as the preparations for the proposal, they did had to distract Chaeryeong for amount of times.
Chaeryeong was already awake, her eyes still close, maybe she was just resting before getting up. When she opened her eyes, she chuckled, her lover was still sleeping soundly. She was so excited because today was their anniversary.
Chaeryeong just admired the other girl's beauty. She then lifted her hand and traced her finger along Ryujin's face, ending up to the older's lips. This has probably awoken the blonde girl.
"Hmm... good morning jagi" Ryujin said in her morning voice
"Good morning" Chaeryeong said and giggled
"Happy anniversary my jagiya~" Ryujin said with a smile as she caressed her girlfriend's cheek
"Happy anniversary to you too my Ryuddaeng" Chaeryeong said cutely
"You're up early today" Ryujin said as she sat up and leaned her body on the bed board
"Today is just a special day, that's why" Chaeryeong said and chuckled. She sat up as well and then went closer to Ryujin
"What do you need baby?" Ryujin asked but Chaeryeong just pouted and traced the lips of Ryujin once again.
"Hmm, you really can't wait huh?" Ryujin asked and Chaeryeong nodded
With that, Chaeryeong laid down again because Ryujin went on top of her, not with their bodies very close since Ryujin supported her body using her arms.
"You look beautiful today" Ryujin said and then kissed Chaeryeong's forehead. Chaeryeong wrapped her arms around Ryujin's neck
"Thank you" Chaeryeong said and then Ryujin kissed her lover's nose and they stared at each other for a while.
"I really love you" Ryujin said and then captured the younger's lips. It took a while before they separated, Chaeryeong loved the kiss. It was sweet and she smiled right after.
"You really are-" they were cut off by a banging on the door
"Yah! Lovebirds, you gotta get out now! Breakfast is ready outside!" They heard which made Ryujin fell off the bed.
The door slowly opened and revealed Hyewon and Yena.
"Stoopid duck!" Hyewon said and then chased after Yena.
"That hurts" Ryujin groaned
"You okay Ryuddaeng?" Chaeryeong asked, she was also on the floor already, checking on Ryujin
"Yeah, a little bit" Ryujin said and pouted
"There, there" Chaeryeong cooed and kissed Ryujin's head.
"Now look at what you aunts have done" Chae-eun said and pouted as she went inside the room.
"Wow, she really looks like Chaeyeon unnie" Ryujin said
"Good morning aunt Chaeryeong, aunt Ryujin" Chae-eun said with a smile
"Good morning" the couple said in unison and then stood up
"Eomma told me to call you guys for breakfast" Chae-eun said
"We'll be down in a bit, thank you" Chaeryeong said and then tied up her hair as she face the mirror.
"Let's go" Chaeryeong said and then held Ryujin's hand as they went out. When they went out they were surprised by the others
"Happy fifth anniversary Ryuryeong!" they greeted as Yena and Hyewon opened the party poppers.
Chaeryeong and Ryujin kept on smiling and thanking them. They started to eat breakfast all together.
"We should go by the sea later" Ryujin whispered to Chaeryeong and then Chaeryeong nodded.
After eating they just walked around and played. But then, it was time that Ryujin needed to prepare for her proposal to Chaeryeong
"Okay, where's Chaeryeong?" Ryujin asked
"I let her be with Yuna for a while" Lia replied
"You got this Ryujin, anyways, what are you going to do again?" Yeji asked
"I'm going to sing here first, and then in a while, Onew oppa and Suhyun unnie will replace my spot. Chaeryeong would slightly notice but then, I'll be at her back and then surprise her and then its goes on" Ryujin said, she doesn't want to explain further the plan to Yeji. Hopefully the older will remember it.
"Ryujin, Chaeryeong is finding for you" Suhyun said as she walks up to them.
"Really? oh okay, where is she unnie?" Ryujin asked
"She's near the rest house, at the garden" Suhyun said and Ryujin nodded
"I'll be back in a while" Ryujin said
"Do prepare it now" Ryujin added and they nodded
Ryujin then went off to where her soon to be wife is. As she reached the rest house garden, she saw Chaeryeong standing there timidly. Holding a small box. Ryujin chuckled and ran towards the latter.
"You called for me jagi, what do you need?" Ryujin asked. Chaeryeong was blushing for a while, she was about to give Ryujin her gift.
"U- Umm, this is for you" Chaeryeong said shyly and then handed the box to Ryujin
"For me? thank you jagi" Ryujin said as she shows her iconic whisker smile.
Ryujin opened it slowly.
"I didn't got you anything big but I hope that would be fine already. I actually thought about what to give you for a while" Chaeryeong said nervously.
"A necklace?" Ryujin asked as she got the necklace out of the box
"You don't like it do you?" Chaeryeong asked and then pouted. She sighed, maybe she should have just bought that expensive jacket.
"It looks pretty" Ryujin said as she wears it.
"See?" Ryujin added and then Chaeryeong looked up.

"Hmm, I love it jagi, thank you so much" Ryujin said and then hugged the younger.
"I thought you would like an expensive jacket more" Chaeryeong said and bitterly chuckled
"No I wouldn't, this would last longer than that jacket, it would wear off after a few years" Ryujin said and chuckled
"Also, I have a surprise for you" Ryujin said and grinned
"You have?!" Chaeryeong asked excitedly and Ryujin nodded
Ryujin then led them to the seaside, the others were there but then there was a single chair in the middle, just for Chaeryeong.
