(ARIANA'S POV)

I made my way over to the school cafeteria for lunch. I'm Ariana Graham. I'm 19, have brown hair and eyes. That is, until I touch water. Yep, I'm a mermaid. DON'T FREAK OUT!!! Wait. As if you could. Sorry, back to topic. I seem to get off topic a lot don't I? I'm sorry I can babble and babble and babble on and on. RIGHT! MERMAID! OK. When I touch water, I become a mermaid. My tail turns purple with blue tips.    My hair turns purple (Think of Jade from Little Mix. Her hair color>> A pic is on the side!) with blue streaks in it. My eyes turn a deep, ocean blue. My fingernails turn purple too. I have friends. One is human other is Mermaid. The human one is named Ivy and the mermaid one is named Sarah. Ivy has long, black hair, is tanned, brown eyes, skinny, tall, and overall, beautiful. Sarah has blond hair that turns red in the water. Her tail turns orange with red fins. Her eyes turn green. Her fingernails turn yellow. YES! WE DO WEAR TOPS. They match our tails! Ivy is always whining saying how she wants to be a mermaid. We got turned on accident. we found these necklaces and they were in the shape of seashells. One day, while there was a full moon out, they started glowing. Yep. Glowing. Mine turned purple, Sarah's turned red. That was when we changed for the first time. The funny thing was, we were in my pool. We saw our tails in my pool. We screamed so loud i'm pretty sure the neighbors heard it. We have powers. I can freeze and levitate water and Sarah can heat and make things jelly like. 

"Are you gonna pay me or not?" The lunch ady, Mrs. Burns, said. 

"Oh, Sorry!" I said handing her the money for the food. "Geez. Rude much?" I mumbled under my breath as I walked towards the table where Sarah and Ivy sat. 

"Hey guys!"

"HI!" They said at the same time. 

"You wanna go for a swim later?"  Sarah whispered. It would be nice to go swim with Jerry. He's a dolphin. He's the sweetest creature in the world. Sarah and I would swim to the bottom of the ocean and lay there on the sand and Jerry would come up to us and fall asleep on our tails. I love him!

"Sure! It would be nice to see Jerry again!"  Sarah smiled and Ivy frowned. I frowned too.

"Don't make plans about you know what when i'm sitting right here, please?" She said frowning. I nodded. She doesn't like it when Sarah and I talk about how amazing it is to be mermaids. She feels left out. 

"Shoot! Got to get to class guys! See you later!" I said shoving the last piece of my turkey sand which in my mouth and running towards my locker to get my books. I ran into the classroom.

"Sorry I'm late, Mr. Sable." I said.

"Just take a seat." He spat in my face. I rolled my eyes as I took my seat. I just couldn't wait to get out of this place. "Children. We have a new student today. All of you know him. He's all over T.V. So. Yeah." He said rolling his eyes. Famous? What?!?! I hate this teacher! He's so rude! If I could I would sma- That's when he walked in. Harry Styles. THE Harry Styles. From One Direction. PLAY IT COOL!! 

"Oh, Mr. Styles-"

"Call me Harry."

"Harry. Nice for you to join us. Take a seat next to Adriana there." Mr. Sable pointed at me. He nodded and took a seat next to me. The girls went crazy asking him questions, asking him to sign stuff, some even started to cry.

"Girls please! Take your seats!" Mr. Sable shouted. "I want you to treat Harry like any other student. Do we understand each other?" He said turning around and starting to write. "Today class we will be learning on Newton's Theory of Relativity. Please open our textbooks to page 63. Harry. Your textbooks haven't arrived yet. Adrianna. Please share with Harry here." I smiled and scooted closer towards Harry. Some girls were glaring at me and some were mumbling stuff like 'She's so lucky!' and 'Stupid bitch!' 

"I'm Harry." He whispered, in an adorable english accent, and stuck out his hand for me to shake. I shook his hand.

"I know who you are." I giggled." I'm Adriana. Call me Adri."  We both smiled.

The bell rang. 

"Remember your assignment guys. three hundred word essay on what you've learned today." I grunted as I got up from my desk. 

"Thanks for sharing with me." Harry said also getting up from his desk. 

"It was no problem."

"Hey. Can I ask you something?" He smiled.

"Sure."

"Can I hang out with you from now on. I mean, I don't know anyone here but you," He looked at the ground and scratched the back of his neck waiting for my answer. AWWW!!! HE'S NERVOUS!! He. Is. Adorable!

"Of course! The more the merrier!!" I said giggling. He sighed in relief. 

"Thanks! Do you have more friends?" He said grabbing his bag and walking out with me.

"Yep. Two others. Ivy and Sarah." I smiled.

"Cool! Oh, nice necklace." He said examining it closely.

"Thanks! I found it when I was fifteen, along with my friend. Sarah. I'll introduce you. They'll freak when they see you!" He chuckled.

"Well, can't wait for that!" He said smiling. We walked over to the main entrance where Sarah and Ivy were waiting. They hadn't noticed me. I put a finger to my lips signaling for Harry to keep quiet. He nodded and smiled. I walked in front of them.

"Hey guys!"

"Hi!" 

"I have someone I want you to meet!"

"OK."

"Cover your eyes." I said seriously. They looked confused but did it anyway. I signaled for Harry to stand next to me. He did.

"OK. OPEN!" They opened them and immediately screamed." GUYS! CHILL!" I shouted over their screaming. They calmed down.

"Hi." Harry said with a cheeky smile on his face. Ivy smiled.

"Hey." She said calmly. "I'm Ivy."

"Nice to meet you." He smiled. He looked towards Sarah. I elbowed her in the arm making her speak.

"Sarah. Hi."

"Hello!" He shook her hands. He got a text. He frowned. "I got to go. It was really nice meeting you all!" He kissed us all on the cheek. He started walking off into his car. We all stood there. Shocked.

"YAY!! I GOT KISSED BY HARRY STYLES!!!" Ivy shouted. We burst out laughing. "I REGRET NOTHING!!!" She shouted running down the street  towards my house. Sarah and I couldn't breathe as we ran up with her. My God. I love my friends.
