"NIALLS POV

I woke up earlier than normal. I lay in my bed staring at the ceiling for a few minutes when I remembered we were bringing Kat home today. I've missed her so much. I jumped out of bed and quickly got dressed and text Kat.

To: Kat ❤️ Princess

Hey babe can't wait to see you later I'll bring your stuff and I'll come down early can't wait to see you, I love you xx- N

I threw my phone into my back pocket and made my way to Kat's room. My phone buzzed it was Kat texting me back.

From: Kat ❤️ Princess

Hey babe yeah thank you I can't wait either. I've missed you too can't wait to get home. Love you see you later. xx - K

I walked into her room and made my way over to her wardrobe. I walked in and stood in shock. wow she has a lot of clothes! " Umm MIA" I shouted out of the door. she shuffled in rubbing her eyes " Niall it's 7:00am let me sleep." She moaned. " yeah but what should I take for Kat to wear?" I looked at her helplessly. she giggled and made her way over to me. she quickly went through a few of the rails of clothes and dumped some on my arms. she smiled and skipped out. I looked at the outfit she had given me. it was a pair of Hollister tracksuit bottoms, a luminous green top that said 'love pink' in white letters, an oversized hoodie, which after a while I realised was one of Harry's and a pair of cream ugg boots. I walked into her ensuite and into the make up room. once again I had no idea where to start, as if on cue, Eleanor walk in and pulled various bottles and cases and put them in a bag, handed them to me and smiled before stumbling back out of the room. " THANK YOU!" I shouted out. I had a tired groan as a reply. I laughed and put her stuff in my back pack and went downstairs for some breakfast.

" Louis since when are you up so early?!?" I asked in shock to see a fully dressed washed and ready Louis tomlinson sitting directly in front of me with a bowl of lucky charms we brought back from america.

"I wanted to go and get Kat with you" he smiled. him and Kat are really good friends. when she's sad Louis makes her laugh and it really helps if I'm busy because then Kat isn't upset or on her own.

" Oh cool cause i didn't feel like driving anyway" I laughed Louis laughed with me

" If you drove we would get to the hospital... but in an ambulance. " We laughed together until we heard a loud thud. we paused and remained still for a few seconds " OWWWW!!!!!" We heard Mia scream from upstairs. me and Louis erupted into laughter before she shouted " I CAN HEAR YOU!!!!" I looked at Louis and we sprinted to the front door. we burst through the door and slammed it closed behind us. we roared with laughter leaning against the door. " C'mon we'd better get going." Louis chuckled. We raced to the car and fell in.

We drove up the road listening to the radio when our Brit nomination came on Louis squealed like a teenage girl and I laughed at him.

" Red light red light. KEVIN!!" He sang to the pigeon on the sidewalk. I laughed at him as he then started singing the fresh prince of bel air rap.

We pulled into the hospital and saw an ambulance with a lot of cars around it. " I wonder what's happened" I said staring out of my window. I saw an elderly lady on a stretcher being dragged in by the paramedics and an old man slowly following behind them crying. Louis pulled into a space and we jumped out of the car. I threw my backpack over my shoulder and Louis shoved his hands into his back pockets. there was a small crowd of people rushing to the door. we slowly followed in behind them, trying not to get in their way.

We slipped through the crowd and ran down the corridor to Kat's room. we quietly walked into her room thinking she was asleep. she was lying on the bed on her phone. " Niall!!" She squealed before gasping in pain as her phone collided with her face. Louis fell to the floor laughing and I ran over to Kat (being the protective boyfriend I am) I picked the phone up of her face. she was laughing to herself staring at the ceiling. " im such an idiot" she giggled. I chuckled and kissed her forehead. " Morning babe" I whispered
