The smell of fresh coffee filled the air in the cafe. I tilt my wrist to pour the tempered milk into the cup of espresso. Shaking gently and dragging it down, for a finishing touch.

I put down the latte on the tray and placed the warmed chicken sandwhich. And made my way to one of the tables outside near the window.

"Enjoy.." I said, as I set both the cup and plate gently on the table. Getting a thanks in return. Then, with the tray, I got back inside.

The bells above the door rang as I entered. The freckled male glanced my way, then returned his glance towards the chopping board infront of him. Marco was dumping some fruits into the blender, as I entered behind the counter.

"Done?" He asked me, while grabbing some fresh milk and abit of fresh cream to pour into the blender.

I gave him an approving hum, while leaning my back at the counter looking at what he's doing. He only nods at my respond.

He then added two table-spoons of honey into the mixer. Then closing the blender tightly and begin to blend as he press the button. He grabbed two glasses from the cabbinet and watched as the mixture turned into a pale purple colour.

There aren't many people, aside from a couple of people inside and the red-headed girl sitting at the table outside. We were finally able to take a break, after a crowded lunch hour.

I stole a glance at my phone, discovering a few unread messages. I immidiately checked levi's reply.

In the few days after our date, we keep contact by texting. Sometimes we would call after we both got home.

As I was busy replying, I didn't notice Marco was standing infront of me while holding two glasses of the smoothie.

"You've been smilling alot lately.." he said, gaining my attention.

"Huh?"

"Did something happen to you recently?" He said with a smile,

"Hmm.. nothing unusual," I said, while pressing send.

"That isn't convincing you know.." the freckled one chuckles,

"What isn't?" I asked, pretending to be dumb.

"That large smile on your face.."

"..." I looked at him, still trying.

We both gave an awfully long blank face with a hidden message on our faces obviously disguised. Oh, the irony.

"There isn't a..." and still stubornly,

"Eren your face is red," he laughed, "Here.. my treat," handing me a glass of smoothie.

I felt the tip of my ears hot, as I muttered a thanks and took a sip of the smoothie.

He isn't the type who would pry into other's business further, if the other didn't say anything first. He is like the big brother in our group. listening to others problems and giving advices. He helped me from time to time. It's nice. Well, he's nice.

"Something probably good did or did not happen, well, who knows?" I hummed and shrugged, playing secretive. But can no longer hide my smile as my mind drifted back to Levi.

Just the thought of him could make me feel tinggly.

Marco only hummed in respond, seeing I wouldn't revealed what it is.

"Well if its something good, I'm happy for you then. You do look good with a smile on your face than a bored, annoyed expression." He smiled while nudging my shoulders playfully.
