chapter 1

we were in a meadow outside of our temporary residents as the girls danced around with there asgardian balls which looked really cool as wakandian children joined in with there games as i layed in buck's arms finally at peace and happy. bucky ran his fingers in my hair as he watched his favorite girls in the world play and lay next to him i turned and kissed his cheek quickly getting up as my red flowy summer dress fluttered in the wind. bucky was close behind and lifted me up in one arm spinning me around as i laughed "i love you bucky" i mummer happily as he chuckled sending vibrations down my back but i felt at home a feeling i haven't felt in a very long time. 

we played an laughed forming permanent memories "what is the next step after this" i asked scared "i don't know but didn't you say you have family in new orleans" he shrugged "i do but it's not safe there and they would tear you limb from limb expressly klaus, eligha, kol and marcel" i laughed. "hey wasn't kol the one who married us" this made me nod "yeah that's him, he tried to flirt with me one time not knowing who i was so i slammed in head in to a bar table and dragged him out" i laughed a joyful giggle of a child making bucky smile and laugh too. 

we continued to reminisce in old memories "what did you mean your family was on the run when you met me" bucky asked remembering the conversation that we had at the alter making me chuckle. "my papa's step farther that is like a vampire hunter that is a vampire set on killing klaus because my grandmother cheated on him with the werewolf alpha called ansel after my papa turned into a vampire triggering the werewolf side of him. this made mikeal furious so he killed the werewolf pack slaughtering them creating a war between the vampire and werewolf species that rages to this day. anyway after hundreds of years running papa and his siblings found refuge in new orleans that is where he met my mother who was a dragon and dragons are a hard breed to kill. they settled down got married adopted marcel well papa did before he met mama and raised him then had stevie and me but that was when papa's home was burned down by a fire with the name of mikeal. i don't remember much of that night since i was five but it was at night and the court yard was covered in blood and bodies i was saved by marcel as he hid me in a cubid. when shit hit the fan mama found me with steve and took us and ran for our lives to Brooklyn changed our names as mama remarried joseph for our protection but we both know what he was like. you see mikeal wasn't just hunting papa he was hunting all trace of him including his children and wife it doesn't help papa killed his mother but to be fair she was an evil person" i explained fully.              

"wow doll that is a lot wait so your older than me" he asked shocked making me burst out in laughter "no you nincompoop i was born on July 4th 1918 i never lied about my birthday" i laughed loudly. this made him sigh in relief "good cos i would have had to rearrange the calendar" he joked like the dork he is so i playfully tangled him to the ground.

i got up when a rainbow light ruptured the ground making bucky and i run for the girls holding them in our arms until the light dissipated reveling a burned Norse pattern on the ground as Thor stood proudly dressed in his usual over the top Shakespeare armor making me calm down and release freya "look it's uncle thor go say hello" i urged the girls but they became unnaturally shy. "you know this bozo" bucky asked unsure "he just came from the sky" bucky pointed out "i work with him plus is the girls uncle" i explained as i hugged him "hello lady lyra congratulations on getting married" thor greeted hugging me back as bucky glared daggers at him. 

"i have come asking for your help on asgurd please my home is on the verge of destruction" thor begged "fine as long as your brother stays dead and you take the girls to visit as well as bucky after all you owe me for eternity after what your brother did and since i can lift meh meh i can rule arsegurd" i started tiredly "deal come on lyra" Thor stated with his arm out stretched so i turned to the girls and bucky "it's ok he. is. friend. not. foe." i joked towards the girls as bucky stepped forward to greet thor "hey i'm bucky" he introduced himself "i'm Thor it's a pleasure to meet you" thor stated with a friendly smile.

"hey come on let's go fun and adventure await us" i smiled and took a hold of there hands as we all held hands and shot into the sky as we looked at the colors in aw as it felt like i was being sucked up a vacuum. we finally landed on solid making me stumble same with bucky but we court each other but bucky then froze as he looked at me with wide eyes "what have i got blood on my face again" i asked confused making thor turn as his eyes grew into fry pans "your wearing asguardian cloths. i looked down to see i was in a red bejeweled asgardian dress with no shoes as i felt my hair done up like it was for my wedding and a crown on top of my head making me sigh in frustration.
