Experiment 27: (Unnamed as of yet) study.

Subjects: Myself, others(? - pending).

Purpose: To discover if there are other worlds out there.

Safety procedures: Is there any need? We either live or die here.

Test supervisor: Sci.

Begin experiment.

I had thought long and hard about this. Sci was too interested to resist the study, and everyone else I had talked to thought I was absolutely insane. Well, I was! Nevertheless, I had created a machine that would theoretically send a subject of our choosing into a multiverse of our choosing. Something such as that had never been done before..at least, not that we knew of! Who knew what types of technology other multiverses had?! This was going to be the greatest scientific discovery in the history of the world! So, after sending a few cats and drones to the depths of uncharted territory (none of them came back or contacted us in any way, but that was fine), Sci and I were ready to send someone else through - namely, me.

"Ink, are you sure you'll be able to do this?" Sci wasn't so sure. "I mean, what if you die?!"

"Two things." I held up two fingers to my partner in crime- science. "One, I'm an undead immortal who has survived radiation, lava, genocide, overdosing on paint, battling Error every Tuesday, battling Error every other day of the week, and eating Blue's tacos before he learned how to cook; I think I can handle anything that's on the other side of that portal. Two, if I do die, you're entitled to all of my possessions that aren't included in my will, so you're not going to be bad off."

"..Happy travels."

"Thank you!"

With that, I grabbed my duffel bag of necessary things (extra paint, bribe material, recording equipment, food if the destination nullified my immortality, money, emergency return button, etc.) and slung it over Broomie, not hesitating once as I entered the machine; I had to go before anyone could conveniently stop me! With the last button I pressed, I saw Dream and Blue rush down the stairs; see? If I had looked back as they did in the movies, they would have caught me! With a chuckle, I left, and I was prepared for anything. Absolutely anything. Except for falling. Darn. I held on to my bag tightly as I fell down whatever black void I had found myself in, hoping that Sci didn't inherit my stuff within the next minute. After a while of falling, I landed..in snow! I had lived! That was awesome! I stood giddily, making sure that Broomie was still with me - she was, as well as my duffel bag - and looking around what I was entirely certain was a new multiverse! New experiences! New adventures! I drank some orange as I giggled, wondering if there was another me! Maybe there was another Error! Maybe there was a multiverse in which he was the creator? That would have been awesome!

"Uh..Ink?" A familiar voice - almost familiar - called out to me.

"Hello?" I looked around, deciding not to guess names; I didn't want to make a bad first impression. "Who's there?"

"It's..me?" A figure walked out of the shadows to face me. "Error?"

"Yes!" I would definitely deny that I squealed. I didn't. Nope. I was calm and collected the entire time.

I gazed upon the other Error with wide eyelights, finding someone vastly different from the Error I knew, yet so similar! My Error wore a plain black jacket and slippers he had likely stolen from an Underfell, while this Error..he wore shoes! He even had a hat! A wonderful knitted one, and it was perfect! This was perfect! Everything was perfect!
