Super Bowl 49

The Last Time

I FEEL TERRIBLE! I have had the next chapter for a little bit, and I thought i posted it! I was going to post the chapter after the next one, and then i saw this one wasn't there! My apologies!

In the past...
"Mom! Mom, it's a letter from dad! He's coming home from the army!" Julia exclaimed.
"What! When?" I yelled.
"Umm...SWEET OZ HE'S COMING HOME TOMORROW!"
My mother ran into the room and the three of us rejoiced.
"It says here that he is bringing home a friend," Julia told us. "Her name is Rebecca. She is on his team, and she has no where to go."
"A woman, huh," Mary, my mother, said.
"Geez mom, calm down, you are married for a reason," Julia laughed.
"Yeah...OH MY OZ THIS PLACE IS A MESS! EVERYBODY FIND SOMETHING TO CLEAN AND GET TO WORK!"
"Do all moms do this," Elizabeth groaned.

The next day...
"DAD!" Julia and Elizabeth screamed.
They both went in for a group hug.
"Girls!" He laughed.
John got up and immediately walked over to Mary, giving her a kiss.
"Girls, this is Rebecca," He said.
"Hi!" Rebecca purred. She was really pretty, but in a strange, creepy way. She had her uniform on, yet at the same time, she wore as much black as she possibly could. She did not seem trust worthy.
"Hi," Elizabeth murmered.
"Julia, can you go show Rebecca her room?" Mary asked.
"Sure!" Julia exclaimed, grabbing Rebecca's hand and pulling her up the stairs.
When they were gone, John turned to Elizabeth. "How have you been?"
Elizabeth knew what he was asking. "I have been controlling them well, Apil helps."
"Good. And do not worry, Rebecca does not know, she thinks the green is a skin condition ou were born with" John whispered.
The next couple of days were cherished by the family, but Rebecca being there made everything a little but awkward.
On the last day, John prepared to say goodbye to hus family.
"Goodbye, Mary, I will see you in a few month, my love," He gave her a kiss.
"Goodbye, Julia, be good," He gave her a kiss on the cheek.
"And goodbye, Elizabeth, good luck. I love you all!" He gave Elizabeth a kiss on the cheek then stepped into the car next to Rebecca.
As he drove away, the family never knew that this was the last time they would see him for a long time.
