Luke's POV

After the incident with Michael I took dani back to her house and she cried into my shoulder for three hours telling me how Michael, ash, and cal were her best friends and stuck up for her when dani and Justin broke up. They were friends since kindergarden apparently. But once they got to high school Justin said he would ruin them and dani of they didn't stop hanging out with her and I guess that's my position too. I don't want dani to keep hurting I want to keep her safe and I can tell in her eyes she wants that too but there is a hint of uncertainty and guilt in her eyes too.
"Luke, listen I need you to not talk to me or help me or try to save me or be my friend, I can't let them ruin you and bully you like they bully me, it's not fair and it can't happen to you so,....." She says with tears slowly falling down her cheeks once again. I can't believe I'm hearing this. I don't know I was crying until she wiped away my tears.
"No, I am not leaving you I will stay with you forever please let me save you dan please?" I ask with sadness clear in my voice. All she does is shake her head and stand up.
"Please just lets not do anything at school for like a month and see how it works I really need you to be strong." She pleads.
"Fine, but I will be here everyday after school and text all the time, okay?" I say because let's face it I need this girl.
"Okay," she says with a small smile. With that she walks me to her door and I make my way home. I'm still uneasy about this school thing but it's worth a try.
Dani's POV

After I told Luke my "no school communication" plan I walked him to the door and he left.about an hour later I looked at the clock and it was just about 7 o clock I was just about to make a hot pocket when there was a knock at the door, weird. I opened the door to find three boys that betrayed my trust and broke me years ago.
"Hey Dan," mikey, cal, and ash say at the same time.
Sorry it's so short it's just a filler but the next is sure to be better
