(Room)Mates [Loki x Reader]

Chapter 15

"Want to explain what happened while eating?", the man in front of you asks, you nod.

Making your way to your living room, Thor makes sure you don't hurt yourself on anything.

Sitting down on your couch, the blond haired man sits next to you. On the table in front were standing two plates with noodles and some sort of sauce, you couldn't make out what it was.

When looking at Thor, his demanding face said everything so you just start to talk.

"Well,where should I start?", you giggle, "My life is shit, Loki knew it, treated me shitty anyway and well seeing the scars kind of triggered all of my past struggles. That's the short version."

"Ok,so you didn't hurt yourself. You are safe with me. If there is anything on your mind, tell me."

"You though I hurt myself? No but thank you. But I will get back to you if there is something. So, I am interested in why Loki got sent to earth tho.", you say with a smile on your face.

Slowly you start to think you fell in love with the wrong brother. Thor is super caring and listens. He makes sure you're okay and safe. Sure Loki cared about you but you could feel Thor just doing more.

"He used black magic, a force that is not allowed to be used ever. He wanted to use it to get even more powerful but was hindered by Odin.He caught him practicing in his rooms and then was punished to live on earth until shown worthy again. And he could only do that when showing vulnerability. And he successfully tricked us once again."

Thor looks sad, a bit disappointed. "I know it's my fault, this entire thing. I told him he wasn't strong enough to be king of Asgard...now here we are."

"No it's not. We both know that. I might not know Loki as long or well as you but I think this is just of way of understanding things."

Thor laughs. "He's always been this way. Loki always said I was the favored one of our family. I really wasn't."

"Are you sure? I mean Loki must have endured a lot of stuff throughout his life. I'm sure it was never easy living up to you.", you oppose him, "He told me your dad, so Odin, always preferred you."

Once more, Thor looks down.

"Hey how about we just eat, watch some TV and get a good nights rest. I suppose tomorrow will be a long day.", you say smiling. Thor agrees.

After your meal, you cuddle up in a blanket and turn on your TV.

"Wow.", Thor states,"This is crazy."

You forgot, he was a god.He didn't know these things. It is kind of funny, he acts like a 5 year old.

Thinking back to Lokis behavior during your short time together, it now started to make sense. Always examining new places, not knowing how things work.
