"I'll probably have to sneak out." I muttered to myself while running my hands through my bone straight, jet black thirty six inch hair.
"Please you're too damn big to be sneaking out of your own house, Simone." Aaliyah laughed loudly on the other end of the phone.
I jerk my head back. "Girl bye. Ain't nobody sneaking out. This is my house."
"Fuck them security guards." I muttered to myself
They're always stopping my fun and reporting back to parents every second of the day with my every move.
I need to fire them.
But even if I did they'd still hang around and watch over me still making sure to report back to my parents. They are on their payroll.
"I'll let Kevin eat me out at any time and any day." Hazel randomly says, dozing off into her day dream about my security guard, Kevin Brooks.
I chuckle. "Go at him. Maybe he'll get the hell out of my business."
I spray a few spritz of my Chanel perfume before stepping back to take a look at myself. I kept it simple tonight since I wasn't going to be out for too long.
"Alright I'm ready. Are we driving together?" I ask while running my hands through my hair for the thousandth time already. Whenever my hair is done, I just can't stop touching it.
"Yeah, I'll be the designated driver tonight." April volunteers.
I nodded my head mentally thinking of a way to get past my security guards. Literally I'm all out of options.
They most likely won't fall for anymore of my tricks so maybe I should just run out of the house quickly.
After talking for a few more moments we had hung up.
I walked out of my bathroom and into my room so I could put my shoes on.
During later times in the day there were always more security guards posted outside of my building so I'd have to be extra cautious.
I do not feel like hearing my mother's voice in the morning.
I still don't understand why she wants to control me even though I'm twenty six.
I'm just living life until I finally find something that I'm really passionate about.
I rush back into my closet to grab a fitted hat and a pair of glasses so I could hide my face a little better.
I double check my bag before leaving out, locking my door behind me.
I take the elevator down to the second floor and take the steps down the rest of the way to the lobby. I didn't wanna get caught off guard by any of the security.
I peeked out of the window of the exit door and the coast seemed clear. I put my hat and glasses on and made a beeline to the front doors.
At the same time my phone pinged, signaling that I got a text. I was in the middle of texting her back when a heavy force slowed me down.
I stumbled back a little bit before looking up at who bumped into me with furrowed brows.
I gulped slowly, my mouth becoming dry and not in a good way.
The familiar man squinted down at me as if he couldn't quite tell if it was me or not.
"Simone?"
"Ezekiel." I muttered.
His name left a bitter taste in my mouth. I rolled my eyes and walked around him not feeling the need to be around him for any reason at all.
If Kevin and Wyatt popped up they'd throw a fit and would try to kill Ezekiel.
He grabbed my arm and pulled me back.
"Let me go or ill scream." I gritted out.
He no longer had a hold on me. No longer scared me. I glare up at him, daring him to try something so my security could put him on his ass.
He lets out an exasperated sigh before loosening his grip on my arm. I yank it out of his hold and continue making my way out of the lobby and to April's car.
who tf is Ezekiel?
