Denki Kaminari, codename: Raikon looked over the mission file. It was a three page affair including the expected duration of the mission, the objective, the active location, appropriate protocol and a list of threats he and the others are likely to encounter.

The mission file was given to each of the knights through their wrist-mounted digital displays. The displays interfaced directly with their helms.

Denki Raikon looked to Red riot, his partner for their first official mission.

"You ready for this, bro?" Raikon asked.

"Yeah, I've been ready." Red riot smirked, bearing shark-like teeth.

Their mission was a simple one. Investigations done by local law enforcement proved rather undeniably that there was a group of drug smugglers working out of the warehouse a few blocks from where the two friends stood. The need for the Hero-hunters' intervention came with the revelation that the gang's protection came in the form of the recently turned hero "Stormbreath". It was time to prove their potential to the world.

Raikon frowned as he triple checked the file.

"Damn."

"I know."

The file only had a vague idea of his quirk. He had not been a hero for very long and much of the files on him had disappeared from the agency he had worked for. Vanguard had briefed them before they had left the base. Stormbreath was supposedly upper B-class, they'd have to be even more careful.

-Raikon, Red riot, are you ready to begin?

It was vanguard's voice. He was on stand by, just incase anything went wrong. He stood guard for all the activities this night, not just their mission.

"Yeah, Vanguard. Just give the signal and we'll spring on 'em." Red riot reported.

-Then proceed with the plan immediately. Be sure your body cams are on at all times and godspeed, knights.

Raikon and Red riot bumped fists and dropped their visors, nano machines forming their helms. They cast ren and leapt into the darkening sky.

Wind rushed past them. Raikon's aura shimmered it's golden yellow color, while Red riot's aura glowed a fierce red. They were like shooting stars in the night, hopping across the distance to the warehouse. They leapt once more, angling themselves down toward the roof of the target building.

"Should we try stealth?" Red riot asked.

Raikon looked to him.

"Hahaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!" The two burst out laughing, knowing damn well they weren't gonna strategize. It simply wasn't their way.

A loud crash sounded as the two friends broke though the roof, ken reinforced legs bracing their fall. They landed amidst a group of startled thugs.

"What's up, fuckers?!!" Raikon yelled.

"Kill 'em!!" An older man shouted before scuttling away.

"I'll take the right side, you take the left!" Red Riot waved.

"Hell yeah, bro!"

Raikon ebbed electricity from his body, not a significant amount, but enough to hurt if one got close. Raikon held ken and rushed forward at incredible speed.

He was a natural emitter, but he had devised a pretty nice enhancement skill, through it required him to emit at least a little of his electricity while he used it. Raikon's form blurred as he lashed out. Sharp thuds filled the air as he punched and kicked at the criminals.
