*buzz buzz*
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing but when I answered the phone the person hung up. The time showed 3:25 am, I got up and checked the room Jaleel was gone. I bet he's out trying to get a booty call from some hoe, I decided to go take a walk. While walking I seen this guy selling something to a local dope fiend when the guy got a glimpse of me staring I turned my head to pretend I didn't see anything. He yelled out for me which only made me walk faster I could hear him running up behind me and right when I was gonna run he grabbed me.

I was just finishing up on a sale when I turned and saw this girl staring my way but when we made eye contact she looked away. She didn't look like a crackhead so I was wondering what she was doing out so late.
"Yo ma, hollup" I called out for her which only made her walk faster i ran after her and grabbed her arm lightly. When she turned around she looked scared, "I'm not gonna hurt you I promise." She just looked up from my hands to my eyes then swallowed but didn't say anything.
"You got a name ?"
She nodded yes but didn't say anything
"are you gonna tell me it ?"
"no. "
" Take a walk with me I'm Genesis. "
I started to walk but she never followed so I took my arm and tried to wrap it around her which only made her back away.

'Genesis' his voice was smooth which calmed me but I'm not gonna trust a stranger I met at 4 in the morning.
He tried to touch me but I wasn't having it.
"I told you I wasn't gonna hurt you."
"I don't know you Genesis so I'd appreciate it if you don't touch me."
"I mean you know my name now so you know me." he smiled showing he had a gold cap on two of his teeth, he had a beautiful smile
He grabbed my hand and walked with me to a near by deli. I ordered and when I was about to pay he pushed my hand and pulled out a stack from which he payed the guy. I was grateful cause I'm short on money but I wasn't gonna let him know that.
"I could pay for my own food you know." I said as we sat in a booth
" I mean you could but I'm not gonna let you." he spoke smirking at me I rolled my eyes and began to eat
I looked at him to see he was occupied with his phone. I thought I should talk to him since I was sitting here with a guy who I don't know anything about.
" Why did you stop me ?"
He looked up and put his phone in his pocket " Well I saw you looking at me and I wanted to know what you were doing out so late... So what were you doing out this late ? "
" I was just taking a walk. "
As he studied my face I asked him "what are you doing out ?"
"I guess you could say I was led out here by fate to meet you." he said as he smirked
I laughed "Genesis you're corny"
