A few months ago I wrote this short story/drabble and posted it on tumblr. Earlier today, I was reminded of it's existence, and I also remembered that I hadn't posted it here or anywhere else yet ;;;;
It's been a while since I posted anything here, but don't be fooled: I'm still very much in love with this ship and I continue creating contents for them (fics, art, etc), I'm just slow af (and very forgetful, too).
This story was named after Deodato's cover of Rhapsody In Blue for reasons you will find out implied in the story, and because I was also listening to Deodato a lot back when I wrote this story, so I guess it's some kind of a tribute of sorts(? I'll post a link to the song in the next chapter, where the actual story is, in case you want to listen to it~
In addition: Jonathan knows how to flirt, and that's actually canon. He just isn't very experienced at it and I wanted to incorporate some of that here. And yup, these two are totally the playful kind of dorks.
