Man...what a day... Aether thought.

Aether had just come back from a gruelling mission. He went out fighting 4 ruin guards at the same time because of someone's troubles and Aether knows that he can't say no to anyone who is in need. Aether makes his way to Mondstadt's city gates.

"Hello Aether!" The guard greets him.

"Hi!" Aether greeting him back with smiling.

As Aether walks through the gates he is suddenly greeted by tons of people one by one. Though overwhelming he still greets them back. As it seemed, Aether was very popular with the masses. Aether had lots of influence and had lost of admires who very much loved the hero.

"Wow, that was a lot of people..." Aether continued walking towards the inn. "Hello?" He opens the door to the inn.

"Oh! Hello Aether, your here for a room right?" The innkeeper says. "I have a spare room for you!" She hands him the keys.

"Wait what?" Aether asks questioningly. A room? saved for him? Aether thought.

"Yea! Think of it as a gift for helping me with the party setup for our guest!" She says happily. Aether shakes his head trying to hand her some money for the room.

"No, it's all right. I did that because you needed it." Aether said. Only for her to hand back his money.

"No, you deserve it! Without you my business could not have as many clients as it does now!" She insists. She heard that whenever someone would try to give the traveler something for free, he would immediately deny  it and give them whatever he owned accordingly.

No, not this time traveler! She thought.

"This is taking a lot of time Aether, would you really want to waste my time like this?" She asks him.

Aether thought for a moment before saying, "Ok...fine you win..." Aether said in defeat before walking away from the counter and heading to his room.

Aether went to his room and opened the door to a very clean room.

How nice... Aether thought before heading to the bathroom and looking in the mirror at himself. When will I find my long lost sister...why have you left me with such mysteries... Aether only sighed and went to take a shower. Once out, he got dressed and went straight to his bed plopping down, rolling himself in the soft covers.

Goodnight...sister... Aethers last thought before falling into a deep sleep.
