Chapter 51: A) A night to remember

The venue hall glowed in gold was a hustle- bustle with influencial guests, business colleagues of Gagodia's dropping by with bouquets and expensive gifts for the sole heir. With no choice in his hand, Aditya took all the limelight of the evening after all it was his birthday.

Another compliment dripped in sweetest honey and sprinkled sugar on the motive of getting 'goodwill' for future perspectives - yeah, call it on! Aditya greeted the guest with his perfect robotic smile yet again and the photograph was clicked. It was one heck of a tiring night where he had to pretend smiling back at everyone and be a perfect host.

The moment he saw the crowd shifting towards the courtyard for dinner, Aditya pulled away the bow tie and slightly unbuttoned his pristine shirt to catch up the lost breathe. Entertaining a crowd with zero interest for two freaking hours was not a small good deal. He grabbed himself a red wine and almost took a sip until the lady appeared gently taking away the glass from him.

Eye catchy as she looked, the lady decked up in a fashionable Zara's white laced partywear and her mahogany strands pinned up in a loose bun. Paired with minimal accessories and glamourous make-up highlighting her facial features, Gina Arora had the beauty to turn heads by her ravish presence.

"Gina." Polite that it sounded, but his reactions told the otherwise- eyes stony and jaw rigid as Gina Arora wrapped her hand around his elbow boring her carmel eyes on him. The look of disgust flashed through his face before he pulled them away in shadows and kept a neat smile on his lips.

"Aditya!" Seething anger rose from his insides, the lady was making him to loose his cool and unleash the anger he tamed with so much efforts. He sighed, "Hands off me, Miss!" A deadly glare and low cold words he passed that Gina's insides shook at the level of intensity they carried.

"Ouch!" Gina retreated her hands but the determination was still unfazed in her eyes, "You look a lot more hotter when you're angry." He did. Gina always carried a liking for Aditya from the day they had met. Man! That damned chiseled figure, sharp jawline and that freezing cold attitude had attracted her in fraction of minutes.

The connections between Aurora's and Gagodia's stands for decades and turning it into relations laid on her hands. A month on working out deals with Gagodia's instead of her father, Gina already knew the seed she had sowed in the Senior Gagodia's heart on her favour. Both- Shafali and Sharmistha Gagodia though were a little difficult to convince, she was already working on the part. Swara always had her tone polite and low that often reminded of Aditya, minus the smiles the younger one includes here and there and the frozen attitude. Siblings for no namesake.

"You wouldn't say anything?" Gina searched for reactions and much to her disappointment he held none. No smile and no frowns, just the plain face under the golden glow. That moment Gina realised Aditya was one heck of a mysterious nut and she had to push on harder to get a crack.

"You've already got your answer. I don't repeat twice." He had made it crystal clear while they reached the venue- I am into someone, Aditya had confessed sincerely and yet this woman was held on testing his patience. Calm down Adi!- Aditya chanted to himself in repeat or else the lady would have tasted the fair share of roast by the fire she created in him.

"Flings are normal before wedding. Even I had few and that's no big deal." She now took a step closer to him and when she found him not sparing a look on his side, Gina was irked by the ignorance.

The guts! Aditya had enough of sparing the lady for the nonsense she had been creating. Gina had crossed the boundaries he had set and now that she needed attention, he would give it all along with what he wanted to give back too and end the play, "You-"
