"Open the fuckin door" he demanded as he banged on the door harder. I could hear the door about to give in and once he got in I can only imagine what he was gonna do. I got a spare backpack that was in my closet and stuffed some clothes in there. I zipped it out and left through my window. I ran and ran. I ran all the way back to Jahseh's house. There was a car behind me following me. I knew it was him. I ducked and hid behind a bush. I seen the headlights slowly disappear before I started running again. I made it to his house and started banging on his door.

"Jahseh open the door........please" I begged. The door opened and I threw myself in his arms. He pulled me in the house, closing the door. I officially broke down crying.

"What happened Liyah?" He questioned.

"I just don't wanna be and Zae's anymore" I cried

"What happened?" He repeated

"I don't like it over there anymore" I said. He rubbed my back as I started to calm down. He pulled away and wiped my tears.

"Why you got bruises?" He questioned as he caressed the bruise on my face.

"I don't know and that's what Zae said. I just woke up and they were there" I lied. He took me up to his room and comforted me. I was trying to build up the courage to tell him what has been going on.

"Seh" I spoke

"Hm" he hummed as he watched TV

"You know Zae's step brother Amari right?" I asked

"Mhm. What about him?" He says

"He's.........he's been touching me" I admitted. He looked at me.

"Huh?" He furrowed his eyebrows. I looked down at my nails. He lifted my head up.

"Repeat it" he demanded

"He's been touching me" I repeated

"For how long?" He asked

"This past week" I answered

"He comes in my room and he lays on top of me so I can't get up and he puts his hand down my pants and touches me" I continued as I started to tear up.

"And it hurts" I added. He pulled me in for a hug but I could feel the anger radiating off of him. I could feel myself dozing off to sleep before I let myself go into a deep slumber.
