Chapter One

My name is Lizzy, well Elizabeth pierce but everyone call me Liz or Lizzy, I'm a college student, studying business in one of the prominent universities in Nigeria,and this is my story.

My first day in school wasn't eventful cause i resumed late and didn't really know how to talk to people first. No one spoke to me and i didn't speak with anyone.

I was busy on my phone while waiting for the  lecturer to come in and commence a lecture when someone sat beside me. I looked up and was met with a cute guy.

Hi he greeted with a smile and i responded with a quick good morning.
Are you new?
Yes i just resumed today i responded.
Welcome, I'm David he said holding out his hand for a handshake.
I'm Lizzy i replied shaking his hand briefly.
I'll see you around he said getting up and leaving the seat he sat.
The lecturer eventually came in and lecture commenced.

After the lecture, i left the class for the administrative building so i could finalize my registration to become a full student, else i'd be wasting my time attending lectures for nothing.

On my way out of the class, i met the guy from earlier and he smiled at me. I smiled back trying to remember his name. I can't believe i forgot his name i mentally face palmed. And he's really cute, with a nice smile, tall and slim.
Just how i like my guys, not too muscular.

He walked up to me smiling.
Hi Lizzy, remember me?
Yes i do, you are the guy from earlier.
Yes i am, what's my name he aake
Uh ..... Christopher?
i said more like asked.
He smiled, no it's David he reminded me .
I'm so sorry, I'm not really good with names.
It's fine Liz, i understand he said.
I smiled at him glad he wasn't upset.

So where are you off to?
The admin block
Not done with your registration i see.
Nope I'm not
hoping to round up this week it's been really stressful.
Well all the best.
Would have come with you but i have things to do he told me.
It's fine, i can find my way.
See you later Lizzy.
I simply waved at him.

Completing my registration was really stressful, there were lots of students trying to round up their registration too.I waited until it got to my turn and submitted all necessary documents.
I was then given a document to take to the head of my department to sign.
Since it was late, i simply went back to my hostel to rest and eat something cause i was starving.

I'll take the document to the department tomorrow morning i thought while heading back to the hostel.
