Cloven: The House Of Sorcery

Okay Siyn you can do this, there's nothing to be worried about its just a door. I step towards it just trying to get a little peak of the inside. The light is so blinding that I can't even try to make out what could be inside. This is the only way to find out what's  going on around here so I just have to go in. I nervously look around and then leap through the mysterious glowing door.

What? I'm back? When I take a step through I end up in one of the offices that has a locked door in the upstairs hallway. I look around and quickly realize that I am not back. Well I am back, but back to somewhere different. The building somehow felt the same way it did when I was younger like the whole aura of the building had changed. Even though I was seemingly in the same place, it was not the same as before. I try to walk out of the office and I twist the doorknob to find it unlocked so I opened the door and took a step out. And when I stepped out into the hallway I made an even crazier discovery, the hallways were flooded with people, people my age! Where did all the little kids go!? Where did all these people come from!?

I start to slightly panic because now the school is full of people I've never seen before. I have to get out of here, I have to find someone or tell Ms. Faith or something right? I crouch behind the corner of the empty hallway I'm in and try to calm myself down and properly asses the situation. I am in the same building right? Maybe the door took me to another part of the school I haven't seen? Okay I know that sounds ridiculous but what other explanation is there? There is no way all these people just showed up out of nowhere. I peak my head outside the corner to look more closely at all the people passing by. They all seemed to have some sort of uniform on. What? Why? Its summer break, no schools in the area are even open right now. This is spawning a whole new layer of confusion.

Okay so it seems like this door has taken me somewhere in the building that I never knew about with kids my age going to school at a time of year when no one should be here, that makes right? No it doesn't! I grip my hair out of confusion and frustration and try to think up a game plan. I can't exactly blend in and look around because I don't have on uniform like the other kids if I go out there I'll be spotted as an outsider immediately. Plus I still have to focus on finding what I came here looking for, but I don't know how I'll find whatever it was now in this sea of people. I'm rattling my brain trying to think of how to get out of this situation. First things first I have to get away from here I turn around and try to get back into the office I stepped out of. Maybe I could just go back, figure it out later, and then come back and try again. When I try to twist the door knob this time it wouldn't budge. Its locked!? What the hell? How? It wasn't locked when I got here what happened? Now I'm totally screwed I can't go back the way I came and I have no idea how to get myself out of this situation.

I rush back to my corner now in a full blown panic of having no clue what to do mumbling to myself thinking up new plans and trying to think up a way out of this. But my crouch hiding might not have been as effective at concealing my presence as I thought because all of a sudden a boy comes over to me and asks me if I'm okay. I freeze not wanting to look up at this person out of fear to what trouble I might get into if I'm caught in this place I'm not supposed to be in. I look down meekly and say "Yes I'm fine thank you for your concern." But that must have not convinced him because he took me by the arm to pick me up. "Are you sure that you're fine? Because it doesn't look like it." he says very unconvinced. As I'm brought to my feet I swiftly look up to see who this boy thinks he is handling me like that and before I can say anything I stop to look at his face, I kinda recognize him. Who is he?
