I remember when I was young
My mother gave me some advise.
Do not give trust to others.
"Friends do not last she said, Friendship is a transaction between individuals"
If there is nothing to give, there is nothing to receive. Then there was no reason for you to stay.
When I was in high school
My mother warned me.
"Never believe the person that they present as, instead look for the person they are hiding"
I refuse to think I did not know you, however I didn't really know what you were capable of.
I forgot to factor the time we spent apart, the times I called looking for something non existent.
I learned my lesson.Shallow and unfaithful is what you are.
I see remnants of you in people like a stain I can't wash away.
You taught me my greatest lesson.
Be kind.
Be loyal.
Be compassionate.
Be empathetic.
Be anything, But trustful.
