A new..."friend."

After classes I normally like to practice fighting. There are so many people in the way that I start shoving out of my way. Wave after wave of people, I finally get to the doors to the practice area. "Finally... I wish I could spar." I pull out Pure and start striking some dummies. After hitting them a few times I look around to see if I could try my Semblance with out anyone freaking out. Right before I activated it I noticed Ruby sitting alone. She was watching me practice?

She sees me staring and stands up to leave. "Wait!" I yell! I run over to her. "...um. He-hey." Im completely lost when talking to girls. "Hi! Im Ruby! And you are?" I blushed and looked down mumbling "Im Luna." She smiles and stands there. _Awkward silence_ "Well uh...nice...name?" she seemed weirded out. "Thanks. That's kind of a first actually." She shifted. "What's your weapon?" I showed off Pure Liberation. "Well that's ironic!!!" Me and Ruby look over to see the yellow girl. "What is?" We both say and snicker. "Well you two being here alone and your blades." We both were red as her cloak. "Shut up Yang!" Ruby said very quickly and quietly. "Why are my blades ironic?" Confused I put Pure away. "It's the same colors as our team you dolt!!" I glared towards a girl in all white... Kinda blinding. "No one says dolt anymore..." Mars said walking up behind me. Ruby walked over to her team. "Mars? Where's...?" Angel and Emerald walked up before I could finish. "Nice to see you again." the familiar voice caught all my attention! "Blake!" Ruby seemed surprised that Blake was talking. "You... I have a horrible first impression of you...so let's start over?" Blake completely ignored Ruby. I nodded slightly.

"Fine." We walked forward and shakes hands. "Im Blake Belladonna." 'And a faunest.' I thought to myself. "Luna Blades." I looked at my team. "This is Mars, Angel and Emerald. I'm the team leader." I glance at Ruby. "Oh...um this is Weiss Schnee, Yang Xio Long, my sister, and you just...reintroduced yourself with Blake?" She said it quickly. "Your the team leader?" she nods. "WILL TEAM LAME AND TEAM RWBY PLEASE REPORT TO OZPIN'S OFFICE." A collective gulp could've been heard.

Once we are all in the office. Me, Ruby, and Juane were standing in front of everyone. Ozpin didn't look very happy. "Luna. What do you know of your father's experiments?" Everything went cold and still. It became really hard to breath. "W-w...um i...I don't remember..." Glynda stepped forward. "Really? Because...the one who 'raised' you said other-wise." I shivered greatly. Then I sighed. Remembering that scythe user made me smile a little. Stupid old man never let me and Ruby train together for some reason... Probably because he knew what I am...

"He was trying to turn people in to humanoid grims. Before he had me, he used adults only. Once I was born he thought that maybe the age affected his...'virus' as he liked to call it. The day after my first birthday he used it on me. And it work. From 1 year of age to 5 years of age, I had a grim mask. No one could get it off me, because it was a part of me. Then on my 6th birthday it fell off and I wasn't nearly as powerful as I had been. Turns out..." I pulled my mask put to show them, "wearing the mask increases everything about you ten fold! But he tried it on other kids and it failed. Something was different about me. At 7 years of age...my house was burnt down along with all his studies..."

"Well it would seem like that isn't the case." Ozpin said halfheartedly. "So why did you bring ALL of us here." Everyone else mumbled in agreement. Glynda answered coldly. "Well his team needs to know. Then Ruby is and yang grew up with him and didn't realize it. His real name is..." "Well Night Shade! Haven't seen you since you were a mere baby!" This voice drove ice clean through me. I turned around slowly. "Amazed are you?! Well you should be!" Standing inches from me was a projection of my father.
